Cleaning of inspection chamber including removal of slab, cleaning of soil pipe from WC pan to chamber, rodding, taking out waste and sludge including disposal of sludge etc. complete.

Cleaning of chokage of Wash basin, traps of bathroom,kitchen sink and taking out waste & sludge and disposal of sludge etc complet

Removal of dead bodies of aminals including burrying them at suitable place as per instruction of EIC. Cows and Buffaloes

Collection of House garbage from door to door of residential quarters and disposal of the same to a suitable place (nearby SLRM Centre) from colony including picking and sorting of legacy wastes i.e. plastics, glasses, iron pieces, polybags etc. and packing in bags and stitching all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Contractor will take the signature of each quarter occupants.

Cleaning and upkeeping of area along the road,residential building/open area including dry brooming of useable area,collecting of ash, garbages,leaf,washes etc. on daily basis as per instruction of EIC (03 no Safai Kamgar)

Carriage of materials by mechanical transporation including loading, unloading and stacking. (A) Mannure or sludge for a lead upto 2 km

12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Providing, hoisting and fixing above plinth level up to floor five level precast reinforced cement concrete work in string courses, bands, copings, bed plates, anchor blocks, plain window sills and the like, including the cost of required centering, shuttering but , excluding cost of reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Cold twisted bars

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: 1:3:6 (1cement : 3coarse sand : 6graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m : All kinds of soil. Pipes, cables etc, not exceeding 80 mm dia.
