EOT CRANE Design, supply , install, testing and commissioning of 20 Ton capacity double girder EOT Crane of span 9.4 m, height of lift 5.25 m, bay length 14.7 m operated using pendant and remote with supply 415 V, 3 phase, 50Hz of duty class II as per IS 3177 & 807 all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. The EOT Crane speed details are as given below:- (i) Long travel speed - 10.0 m/min, Micro Speed – 1.0m/min (ii) Cross travel speed – 8.0m/min, Micro speed – 0.8 m/min (iii) Hoist speed – 2.0m/min, Micro speed -0.2m/ min Notes: (i) The quoted lump sum shall be as deemed to include the provision of electrical wiring of suitable size in concealed/ surface conduit from the existing main switch upto the required location. (ii) The span and clear long travel shall be as given in drawing and as per finished dimension of building existing at site and the dimension before quotations. (iii) Cranes shall be operated by means of push buttons from floor level with protection panel independently with inter locking arrangement to avoid accident due to manual/dual operation if accidently crane is operated from ground and men are at work on crane, it should not operate till interlocking is cleared.

(iv) Pendent control are required to be provided. The pendent control shall have push button for stop and hold at the locations. (v) Rail over gantry girder shall be provided by the contractor all as indicated on drawing. (vi) Limit switches at end point shall be provided. (vii) The main supply will be provided and any electrical connections required for crane to be deemed to be included in quoted lump sum (viii) Cost of gantry girder is included in building lump sum cost (ix) The design parameters given above are for guidance only. Bidders shall make the design as per latest IS specification and norms and get the same duly approved and vetted from the Indian Institute of Technology/ NIT only. (x) The contractor shall visit the site at the time of design of the crane and take the actual measurements all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling existing old unserviceable 1250 and 2000KVA DG sets cooling tower from MES power house and shifting to MES Store yard complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting and taking up old serviceable CI/DI/MS/GI pipe of any type or make of size 80mm to 150mm dia bore for re-routing/shifting as per site condition complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note:Necessary excavation will be measured and paid seperately.

Re-laying of CI/DI/MS/GI pipe line of size 80mm to 150mm dia bore in the trenches if directed route complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Disconnecting and taking down old serviceable GI pipe of any type,make of size upto 50mm bore for re-routing/shifting as per site condition complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge. Re-laying of GI pipe line of size 50mm to 150mm dia bore in the trenches if directed route complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Removing old existing fuel tanks of any capacity, 02 Nos from MES power house including connected supporting system after necessary cutting, welding work for taking out as schedule of credit complete all as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Disconnecting existing servieable HT/LT UG cables of size 3.5 core 50 to 120 sq mm and draw out from the pipe or in under grond from power house to different feeders including re laying the same cable in trenches or in walls with necessary clamping all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:Necessary excavation will be measured and paid seperately.

Disconnecting existing servieable LT UG cables of size 3.5 core 185 to 500 sq mm and draw out from the pipe or in under grond from power house to different feeders including re laying the same cable in trenches or in walls with necessary clamping all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Supply and laying in trenches or in cable ducts, HDPE DWC pipe of size 120mm (OD) x103.5mm (ID) along with connected accessories like couplers, bends, end caps etc. for LT/ HT cable protection complete all as specified and as as directed by engineer in charge.
