Providing and laying water proofing treatment to vertical and horizontal surfaces of depressed portions of W.C., kitchen and the like consisting of: nd (i) Ist course of applying cement slurry @ laying integral cement based treatment for 4.4 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 in recommended proportions including rounding off junction of vertical and horizontal surface. (ii) IInd course of 20 mm (twenty milimeter) cement plaster 1:3 (one cement : three coarse sand) mixed with water proofing compound in recommended proportion including rounding off junction of vertical and horizontal surface. (iii) IIIrd course of applying blown or residual bitumen applied hot at 1.7 kg. per sqm of area. (iv) IVth course of 400 micron thick PVC sheet. Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m (one point five meter) in width or 10 sqm (ten square meter) on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m (one point five millimeter), including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, upto all lead. All kinds of soil, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
