2.5 cm thick grading plaster (1:4),finished smooth over roof slab after cleaning the surface incl.watering, curing etc. complete with cost, conveyance, royalties & taxes of all materials, labour and T&P etc complete

Fixing tile (vitrified ) on floor 20mm thick bed in cm(1:4) jointed with neat cement slury mixed ith pigment to match the shades

Fixing tile (vitrified ) in wall in 12mm thick bed in cm(1:3) jointed with neat cement slury mixed ith pigment to match the shades

Wall Painting one coat to wall with Primer approved shade on new work to give an even shade

Distemper 2 coat with any approved shed over the interiorsurface wall using distemper

Finishing walls with weather proofing paint 2 Coats by means of brush to outer surface of walls

Supplying, fitting and fixing steel Angle iron door and windows as per approved design and drawing including all cost of materials and labour etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.
