Make Kirloskar or equivalent to crompton, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Notes :- Spare parts replaced, foundation, Cost of transportation, loading and uploading for to and from of pump sat to workshop and back is included in quoted rates.

S&F GI tubing medium grade 80 mm with all new connections and fittings such as tees, bends, elbows, short pieces, connector back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps, plugs unions etc laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in foot valve of size 80 mm dia complete, Ball type (Brass) all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in replacement sluice valve class PN-I heavy duty with flanged ends having high stainless steel spindle, cast iron wheel, with shut down and open direction & marked on wheel. (IS-14846-2000) and fixing up complete by providing rubber insertion sheet, nut, bolt, easher etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F non return valve of dia 80 mm all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F in replacement fully automatic star delta starter type ML-3 FASD including timer, over load relay, single phase preventor, required wiring etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and Fix Flat 3 core PVC insulated and PVC sheathed industrial cable 1100 V grade with multistranded copper conuctor of size 10 sqmm all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.'25 mtr below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth plate using galvanised iron strip 25 x 4 mm as earthing lead by means of suitable size of GI nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers all as specified in electrical plate SSR Part I including necessary exc. and earthwork, providing charcoal and salt dust layers and construction of PCC pit in 1:3:6 using 20 mm size graded stone aggregate, precast RCC 40 mm thick cover in 1:2:4 type B1 with 12 mm dia for watering, with funnel and wire mesh including testing on completion. Supply & Fixing for copper strip 20 x 3.15mm including with saddles and fixing screws etc for roof conductors and down conductors above ground for earth continuity to wall on batten or recess or chases or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. NOTE: Cement cube for fixnig the strip shall be deemed to be included in qoted rates.

All as per item No 15 above but copper strips for loop earthing buried in groundof size 32x6mm.

Supply & Fixing air termination, single pointed copper rod 12mm dia and 300mm long on aluminum/ copper strip including provision holes & bolts for fixing complete all specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x 75x 25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw

Supply & Fixing Nut ,Bolt,Space bar, saddles and fixing screw for copper strip any size/air terminatio/testing block complete all specified and directed by Engr in charge. NOTE: 1)Cement cube for fixnig the strip shall be deemed to be included in qoted rates. 2) all conecting items materials are as per site items used properly.

Supply and installation of Earthing rods as per following specifications (a) Earthing rod 25mm pure copper hollow Earthing Rod with strip I pipe Design, Length 3m. Copper Terminal of 100x50x5 (b) BFC Compound The BFC is carbide based having very high electrical conductivity. BFC having high moisture retaining capacity BFC is hygroscopic, nonmagnetic and non - corrosive in nature and in ROHS compliant (c ) Installation The Earthing electrode will be placed in the ground after a bore is drilled to the depth of 3.5m The Bore drilling will be done with the help of pneumatic boring machine. 50KG BFC will be placed in the bore to cover the Earthing rod from all sides. BFC will be poured in slurry form in properly mixed condition Earth pit cover square 300x300x240mm to be provided to cover the Earth pit. The Earth pit cover shall be made of Reinforced FRP and should be capable of carrying The weight of 5 tones. Make : U-Protect,Ashok,JEFF Techno. Note : Electrode must be tested for short crcuit test of minimum 40ka at CPRI/NABL 2) After installation company testing & checked test with earth value certificate provide by contractor.

Excavatioin in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and taking out soft/loose soil for laying of cable /erection of pole/stay pit excavation

All as per Sl item No 21 herein before but in hard/dence soil

M&L for crushed stone sand for cable cushoining laid in trenches for protection of cable

Supply & fix in replacement of ,New generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life LED street light 72 Watt made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED as lighting source and lens embedded PC cover having TOP Opening seperate driver compartment with IP66 protection and impact resistance of IK07 .Make:Bajaj equivalent to CG/Philips/Wipro complete all as specified and directed

M& L for single coat painting to street lights MS poles 9 Mtr long and its clamp including preparation of surface free from corrosion etc. and making smooth, marking of pole upto 1.5 mtr height above copping with red and black zebra marking and pole / Feeder No etc. with white enamel paint on black back ground enamel paint as directedby Engineer In Charge.

Supply and laying GI pipe light grade 15 mm dia for proctedtion of service connection on pole from bracket to junction box not less than 4.0 mtr length all as specified and directed by Engr In Chrage.

Supply and fixing HOT moulded (FRP) junction box for street light pole with locking arrangement with IP 65 protection of size 300 x 200x100mm with 32 Amp 4 way heavy duty terminal block with 6 Amp MCB SP and two number of cable entry gland ( stainless steel) of standard size with suitable size clamp to fix with pole including taking old u/s complete all as directed.Make sintex or equilent

Supply & laying GI pipe light graded of size 50mm dia in trenches and fixing on wall / pole with help of suitable size MS clamp for cable protection from cable ground to junction box all as Engr in charge directed.

M&L for sub main wiring drawing through PVC casing and capping with two single core 4 sq mm and one run of 4 sq mm as earth wire of stranded copper conductor PVC insulated and unsheathed cable of 1100 volts grade all as directed. Note:- Two run of 4 sqmm wire and One run of PVC casing caping will be measured as one running meter.

M & L for LT route marker made of 50mm x50mmx 6 mm angle iron fix on PCC block of size 200 x 200mmx 200mm including indicating LT 1100V U/G Cable and fixing on ground above the cable of every 50 meter length.

Renewal/ Repairs to LT Panel Board of any size complete as mentioned below:- (I) Repair/ replacement of damaged hinges of each compartment (ii) Taking down existing bus bars cleaning with CTC applying with becktol red solution, providing bus bar insulation and refixing with new s/s nuts, bolts, washers etc. (iii) Replacement of damaged copper flexible cable and fixing new copper flexible cable of suitable size for incoming and out going connections of each MCCB terminals to bus bars. (iv) Replacement of damaged/ worn out/ loose connections/ cable lugs for incoming & outgoing cables. (v) Replacement of u/s CT's, ammeters, Volt meters, Indication Lamps (01 Set each) including provision of new wiring for the same. Note : Ammeters and CT's shall be wired with 2.5 sqmm copper wire. (vi) Replacement of neoprene gasket for all doors of panel board. Note : i) Cost for replacement of spares are deemed to be included in the quoted rates. ii) The rate shall be deemed to be included for replacement of worn out rusted, Channels, hinges, bolts, split pins and cable lugs, cable glands and neoprene gasket with painting to all doors including raising of foundation to 0.3 M height etc. iii) Cost of replacement of MCCB's, Repairs to ACB's not included in the scope of work.
