Part A MGPS

SITC of MGPS of medically grade as per BSEN-13348 with third party certification from Lloyds/TUV degreased [ie free from oil, grease and particulate matters) seamless copper pipe confirming to ASTM BBB and all copper joining done by brazing with AWSAS.B, classification BCuP-S or BS 1845 following procedure in accordance with ASTM BB2B after purging with nitrogen. All pipe cutting shall be carried out with a radial pipe cutter and copper pipe fitting's shall comply with 84 alloy designation. Adequate support shall be provided while laying pipeline testing shall be done at L7 bar and after testing pipe shall be painted with two coat of enamel paint as per colour codification as per ISO 7396-Part-\2076.

SITC of non lubricated ball type GM Isolation Valve with adapter & PTFE Seat having quarter turn handle opening of following sizes suitable for flow capacity 1500 LPM at 4.7 bar with maximum allowable pressure of 30 bar and suitable for working temperature ranging - 20'C to L30"C.Valve should be CE approved/ CE certified. Annexure "A" attached with this BSR .

SITC of Gas outlet point Oxy, (AR-4), (AR-7) and Vaccum (8.7 psig) for dispeensing medical pgases (oxygen/air/Vaccum) at point of use confirming to BSEN ISO 9 170-1:2008.. The gas outlet are quick connect type. it should have colour coding for dieffrent gas source and should accept only respective adapters as required.appropriat Test Certificate/ report of product/accessories from OEM shall be submitted. The Product should be CE Certified /CE marked.

SITC of BPC (back pressure compensated) flow meter with Humidifire made of nickei plated body. Double jacketed with flow gradations CE Marked on it. Desired flow will be setteided through rotary knob. Flow range shuld be between 0 to 15 lpm & work should be executed as per direction of engineer in charg. Appreoprite Test Certificate / report of product /accessories from OEM shall be submitted. The Product should be CE Certified/ CE Marked.

SITC of ward suction unit (Sution Controller and Collevtion Jar - 600 ml caapicity) with posibility to configure required capcity collection Jar and should meets the reuirements as per BSEN ISO 10079-3:2009. The unit must designed to operate with the vaccum line of MGPS. The collection jar must accumpained with Vaccum regulator suitable for 0-14.7 psig with flow rate 0-55 lmp (min)for operating tempurature - 18 °C to 50 °C with ON/OFF facility. The collection Jar should be transparent, made of hogh quality polycarbonate that can be autoclaved at 121 °C for 20 minuts for reuse and provided with auto stop to avoid over spill and contamination of the suction source when the jar collection reached optimized level. The completer unit supplied with filter to protect the source and pipe line from baceterial contamination. Appropriate Test Certificate / report of product/ accessories from OEM shall be submitted . The Product shpuld be CE Certificate / CE marked

SITC of Valve box made of CRCA sheet duly powder coated with transparent window which is installed in the MGPS for oxygen and vaccum line and should comply with BSEN ISO 5211:2001 complete with ball type valves and gauses as required for oxygen compressed air and vaccum line. It should monitors the current status of oxygen /compressed air pressure in distribution pipeline of central medical supply system and trigger the alarm to alert. SITC of Automatic Gas Control Panel for Each oxygen/Nitrous 0xide - Control Panel .out made for M.S. duly Powder coated. Compact and fully automatic manifold control Panel cover made of M.S. duly power coated. Compact and ffully automatic manifold control system for Oxygen service. Easy to maintain and use. Designed with both safety and continuity of flow supply at a constant pressure via two banks of bottled gas cylinders with following status monitoring. A -Bank in use [Green Indicationi f - EmPW bank [Red Indication). Control Panel should have built in LED display to indicate Normal, High & Low line pressure. It.should have facility to test all above indicators working perfectly. the control panel should include pressure gauge to indicate the gas pressure of each header and pipe line distribution pressure. L.6256 mm) the manifold is hydraulically tested at 225kg/cm2 pressure it is also degreased and is to be offered duly wrapped in a polythene bag make CE Approved/CE certified Note : Providing of Cylinders is in the scope of Hospital / End Client.

The pumP should be suited for maximum working pressure of 29 inch mercury [730 mm mercury) The pump should be fitted with MS channel frame comPlete having vibration isolators with 1 Nos.silencers at vacuum pump discharge end. The pump should be air cooled.l sets of isolation valve, on return valve and filter should be provided with pumps. Drive Assembly. The electrical drive for vacuum pump should consist of suitable TEFC induction motor operating at 1440 RPM and connected through a V-belt. The motor shouldbe suited for 415v + 10% 50 HZ .3 Phase AC supply. Capacity : 10 HP of a rePuted make Vacuum Switch Vacuum switch of 0-760 mm range should be provided, it should have both NO/NC contracts and suitable for 230 V 50 Hz.AC supply. The vacuum switch I should be housed in weather Prool I casing with 3/B"BSP gas service I connection at the bottom of the Assembly. vaccum filter 1 Nos vacuum filters with drain valve. This filter should be non-ferrous and in line. including making PCC foundation and fixing with bolts , anti vibration pad and making connections complete as reouired.

SITC of Compressed air filtration system and regulating systum :One set of 3 - stage filter The filters should be made of die cast aluminums housing with epoxy power paint on the outside and anodized surface treatment inside to prevent corrosion and ensure extra long life. The filters should have maximum contaminant removal efficiency with minimum pressure drop. Total 3-stage of filters should be used as mentioned below:- Stage 1 : coalescing filters for generalpurpose protection, removing liquid water and oil aerosol to 0.1 mg/cum. [0.1 pm) and particles down to 5 micron. Stage 2 : particular filter for dust protection, removing particles down to 1 micron. Stage 3 : high efficiency coalescing filters, removing liquid water and oil aerosol to 0.01 mg/cu.m. (0.01 pip) and particles down to 0.0L micron.Janatics regulator 1/2" or 3/4" to be installde for regulating the Output air pressure. . Air/ Vacuum receiver tank fas per lS:7938-L97 6 and upto date amendment) for compressed air system to dampen out pulsation and condense and trap the moisture in the compressed air and also to let oil and other impurities settle down before air passes into the piping with safety valve , Drain Valve , Pressure gauge and fusible plugs of 1000 litres capacity complete as required including fixing with bolts and making cinnections complete as required.Appropriat Test Certificate/report of product/accessories from OEM shall be submitted.
