M&L for Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, all as specified and directed.

M & L Non Skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, all as specified and directed.

M & L Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 etc.

Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

M&L for 75mm thk cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in subbase of flooring/hard standing as specified

M&L for 25 mm thick sand cushing for laying of precast concrete interlocking tiles including watering and consolidation complete.

M & L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade using grey cement and no pigment of any shape and size conforming to IS 15658 - 2006, complete. Note :- Pattern of tiles to be Rubber moulded or equivalent as approved by GE.

S & F Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm X 20 cm X 25mm thk with grey cemnt and pigments,set jointed in neat cement slurry as in floors/path etc over and including 15mm thk screed bed in CM 1:4 complete.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar

M & L Granite (of any type) tiles 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete

M&L 5cm Sand stone slabs in sun-shades, chajjas, shelves, cills, landings, cover stones, templates, etc. n exc. 2m in length, punched dressed on face and along exposed edges, self faced on other side and set and pointed in lime mortar 1:2 or cement mortar 1:4. complete

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in cement morter 1:4 on fair face of brick wall or concrete surfaces, finished even & smooth without using extra cement , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on wall and concrete surfaces in cement mortor 1:6 ,finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparation of new surfaces of walls and applying two coat oil bound distempering complete all as specified over a coat of chalk whitening.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall externally and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified.

Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings, complete.

Supply and fix in repairs 15mm dia Stop valves/concealed type,cast copper alloy fancy type, chromium plated,screwed down,high pressure,with crutch or butterfly handle,screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions complete all as specified.

S&Fin repair gun metal globe or gate valves with iron wheel head screwed both end for iron pipe and fixed to 20 mm bore pipe.

Taking down Chowkhats or frames with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frames)not exc. 1.5 sq. m each and removing to store complete all as specified.

S&F Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing, complete all as specified.

S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing.
