Material and Labour for soling (or sub base), 150mm spread thickness with broken boulders or quarried stone, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled with power roller 8 to 10 ton and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for 150mm thick (compacted thickness) water bound macadam (WBM) in two layers each of 75mm thick with coarse aggregates of grading 2(63 to 40 mm size) or of grading 3(50 to 20 mm size) using granite, trap or basalt, spread, rolled with power roller 8 to 10 tonne and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for 7.5cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size) of granite, trap or basalt, spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient specified and camber required with 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller all as specified.

Material and labour for providing premix bituminous macadam with binder (paving bitumen grade VG-30) content @ 4 % by weight of total mix, laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber of thickness not more than 75mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of unsurfaced WBM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags or compressed air to remove all loose, dirt, etc. and applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous primer (Paving bitumen of grade VG-10) @ 10 Kg per 10Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with compressed air to remove all loose, dirt, etc. and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (Paving bitumen grade VG-10) @ 5 Kg per 10Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for providing bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content (using paving bitumen VG-30) by weight of total mix rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using 8 to 12 ton capacity power roller complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surface in area exceeding 400sqm and depth exceeding 50mm but not exceeding 100mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting lines,dashes,arrows, letters, etc. on roads using thermo plastic road marking paint 2.5mm uniform thickness finished with glass beads (MORTH Grade) white or yellow colour, not exceeding 100 mm wide with the help of road marking machine including cleaning the surface throughly and removing all dirts dust complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repair to pot holes, not exceeding. 1 Sqm each and depth exceeding 30mm and not exceeding 60mm, including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, and making good by applying tack coat with bituminous primer(using paving bitumen grade VG-10) @ 5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in bituminous premixed carpet 30mm consolidated thickness, with 0.405 cum of stone chippings mixed with 21.90 Kg of binder (paving bitumen grade VG-20) and applying liquid seal coat by applying evenly binder (paving bitumen grade VG-20) @ 9.8 Kg per10 Sqm blinding with 6.3 mm size stone chipping @ 0.09 cum per 10 sqm and rolled to a uniform smooth surface using 8 to 10 tonne power roller (including supply of premix binder and chippings) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for hand packing (any thickness) at back of walls over arches etc and raising (or lowering) to the requied level with broken stone or boulders compelte all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for reinforced concrete pipes 450mm dia class NP2 with collars laid and jointed complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as foundation/bed conrete/apron concrete for culvert or as in packing/haunching of hume pipe/levelling coarse etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.50 m in depth & getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40 mm graded stone Aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for precast cement concrete block massonry with solid blocks exceeding 10 cm in width and settings in CM 1:6 type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) on external surfaces of wall finished even and smooth complete etc all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for providing cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in coping on top of drain walls, kerbs,plinth courses bed plates and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered including formwork complete all as specified and directed

Material & Labour for reinforced cement concrete type A1, 1:1.5:3 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and as directed

Material & Labour for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slab not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors etc an similar work exceeding 10cm but not exceeding 20 cm wide for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape as required including cranking bending hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed ) not less than 0.9 mm dia for column, plinth beam, lintel, beam and slab, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above starting point for soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 ( using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channel and drains, complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing debris from site of work complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of precast concrete block walling, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. and removing unserviceable materials from site of work complete all directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) on concrete surface finished fair and even without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel upto 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F joist channel, angle or tee section fixed independently without connecting plate etc (out to ordinary length i.e., within 20mm of the length indicated) using Fe 410 W (Grade E-250) complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour as in repair for reinforced concrete pipes 300 mm dia class NP2 with collars laid and jointed complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 bed to drain pipes 300 mm dia including packing under and completely surroundings to pipes with concrete after they are laid and tested in complete all as specified and directed.
