SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I (BUIDLING WORKS) Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc. and stacking the material within 50 meters lead of : G. S Sheet.

Providing corrugated G.S Sheet roofing including vertical /curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L Hooks ,bolts and nuts 88 m diameter with bitumen and GI limpet washer or with GI limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer a two coats of approved paint on over lapping of sheets Complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the coast of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and sheet wherever required 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m2.

Providing ridges or hips of width 60 cm over all width plain GS Sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L Hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia GI limpet and bitumen washers complete. 0.80 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/m2.

Providing valleys of 90 cm wide overall in plain GS Sheet fixed with polymer coated J pr L hooks bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I limpet and bitumen washers complete: 1.60 m thick with zinc coating not less than 350gm/m2.

Providing and fixing 15 cm wide,45 cm over all Semi-circular plain GS Sheet gutter with iron brackets 40x3mm size, bolts nuts and washers etc including making necessary connection with rain water pipes complete 0.80 mm thick zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m2.

Supply and stacking and site 90mm to 45 mm size stone aggregate

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering- all works up to plinth level: 1:4:8 (1 cement :4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 coarse sand:4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry but excluding the coast of nosing of steps etc complete 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate

Finishing wall with premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with silicone additives of required shade old work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm) over existing cement paint surface.

Dismantling old plaster skirting racking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster incl disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground.

Providing and laying ceramic floor tiles 300x300mm thickness to be specified by manufacture) of 1st quality conforming to IS 15622 of approved make in colour such as white, grey fume red brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement motor 1:4(1 cement :4 coarse sand) joining with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles confirming to IS :15622 (thickness to be specified by manufacture) of approved make in colors, shade except burgundy, bottle gree, black of any size as approved by engineer in Charge in skirting risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and fixing CPVC Pipes having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00m spacing. This include jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing CP brass bib cock of approved quality confirming to IS:8931.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II (INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION) Wiring for light point /fan point /exhaust fan point/call bell point with 1.5 sqm FRLS PVC insulted copper conductor single core cable in surface/recessed PVC conduit with piano type switch, phenolic laminated sheet, suitable size MS Box and earthling the point with 1.5 sqm FRLS PVC as reqd

Supply and fixing following Piano type switch/socket on the existing switch box/cover including connection etc as required 6 Pin 15/16 A socket outlet

Wiring for light/power plug with 2x4 sqm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/recessed PVC conduit along with 01 No. 4 sqm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthling as required.

Installation, testing of commissioning of pre-wired. Fluorescent fitting/compact fluorescent all type, complete with all accessories and tube/lamp etc. Directly on ceiling/ wall, including connection with 1.5 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable and earthling etc. as required.
