Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins,arches,pillars,etc,but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floor and paving n. exe 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work with subclass ‘B’ old size burnt bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

Brick work using old size bricks (EXCEPT BRICKS) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) on walls in cement mortar (1:4), including integral WPC by wt of cement as per manufacturer instruction (NOTE : Supply only WPC will be measured and paid for separately), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only integral water proofing compound of approved quality, ISI Marked, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rendering 05 mm thick on fair faces of concrete surfaces finished even and smooth on ceiling in cement mortar (1:3), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of concrete surfaces finished even and smooth on roof projection, chajja/facia in cement mortar (1:3), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint on new/undecorated wall surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, steps, seismic and other similar bands coping/cills including necessary form work weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

PCC 1:2:4, B-1 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains etc,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting the roots of trees from the brick walls / stone wall made in cm exc half and not exc one brick thick and making good the disturbed surfaces with the cement sand mortar 1:3 or PCC 1:2:4 , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of brick or terracing tiles, single layer on roof , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of Mud in roofs, any thickness, including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 12.5mm graded aggregate 25mm thick as in roof surface for roof treatment, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) in cement mortar (1:4) for roof treatment , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Priming the roof surface with bitumenous primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.4 Kg/ Sqm and applying a coat of semi hot blown 85 / 25 grade blown bitumen @ 1.2 Kg / Sqm and thereafter supply and laying APP modified Polymeric membrane, five layered, of weight not less than 3 Kg per Sqm with centre layer core of 100 micron high molecular density polyethylene film and bonded completely to the surface with overlap of 10cm (overlap to be thermo fused by flame) followed by another coat of semi hot blown 85 / 25 grade bitumen @ 1.2 Kg / Sqm blinded with fine sand in dry condition @ 0.5 Kg / Sqm and including two coats of Aluminium paint all as specified and as directed. Note :- Water proofing treatment will be done by manufacturer of APP membrane or through their authorised specialized agency, otherwise no payment shall be made to the contractor if water proofing treatment is executed by engaging local labour.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity 500 ltr setting aside (for lowering if reqd) for repairs changing etc and hoisting if required and refing in same position, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Plinth protection 50 mm thick in PCC 1:3:6, type C-1 ( using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) laid in alternate bays (not exceeding 2 Sqm each) finished even and smooth without using extra cement and providing joints through out the thickness of plinth protection, filled with mastic filling comprising one part of bitumen 85/25 grade and three parts of sand by weight, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Rotational moulded polythene water storage tanks 3 layer (cylindered vertical closed top ) hoisted and fixed in position including necessary connection nipple suitable for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes, all as specified in SSR Part –I of capacity of tanks 500 ltrs and including dismantling of existing unserviceable water tanks and remove from site, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminum rod & high-density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe & fixed.(Minimum weight 20mm-210gms), complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

20mm Gun-metal, glabe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe & fixed, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Steel water tubing medium grade galvanised with all fitting and fixed complete to wall and ceiling or laid in floors of 20 mm bore including taking down of existing tube, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old RCC /concrete surface and applying a coat of (two components solvent free) epoxy bonding agent using brush after cleaning of surface from all dust or laitance all as per manufacturer instructions and as directed by Engr-In-Charge. Make :Sika Sikadur 32LP/Fosroc Nitobond EP/ equivalent in BASF. Note : The new concrete surface shall be placed within the open time as specified the manufactural to ensure maximum bonding

Providing and applying ready to use single component high strength polymer modified cementious repair mortar 25 mm thick with water / powder ratio as specified by manufacturer so as to achieve the following parameters:- . 28 days Compressive Strength >=50N/mm2 Flexural strength at 28 days >= 5 N/mm2 Make :- Sikatop 122HS/Fosroc Nito mortars /or equivalent in BASF

Note for item No 33 to 34 :- The rate quoted under the items shall include for the following :- (a) Work shall be executed only through authorised applicator of the manufacturer. (b) All scaffolding work and safety measures such as provision of props and supports shall be of steel and extent of the provision shall be to the entire satisfaction of GE. (c) Mode of measurement for item No 33 and 34 : For the purpose of the measurement of these items the surface area of the patch of the concrete considered for repair shall be taken. (d) Site for application is at various locations and height varies up to 15 M. The rate quted shall be deemed to be inclusive of this factor and nothing extra is admisible on the account. Notes for only item No 34 : (i)Testing of cube strength of polymer modified cementious mortar shall be independently carried out as per manufacturer instructions and record shall be maintained. (ii) After obtaining approval of the make of the products the contractor shall give a letter from the manufacturer regarding the details of the agency and the name of person to be deployed for carrying out repair & supervision of the work. (iii) The T&P shall be strictly as per manufacturer instructions. (iv) Necessary jacks shall be erected to support various floors before exposing columns/beams for repair & it shall also be ensured that no damage is made to the existing structure during the repair process & all safely norms shall be followed.

(v) Contractor shall furnish a written gaurantee for structural repairs carried out under the above Srl items No 33 to 34 for a period of five years. An amount to a tune of 5% of total amount quoted against item No - 34 to 35 (structural repair work) or Rs. 5,000.00 which ever is more shall be held back from the contractor's payment as security deposit against the guarantee period of 5 yearss from the certified date of completion which shall be refunded to him after expiry of this period. Alternatively contractor may give interest bearing deposit in favour of GE for five year for the sum above which will be refund back after succesful completion of gaurantee period. (vi) Close vigil & promptness on the progress & joint measurement has to be ensured & photographic evidence in soft copy for complete repair process for each structural member shall be taken & handed over to GE for record.

Dismantling of cast iron or rainforced concrete drain pipes jointed with cement mortar including fitting, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cast iron soil waste and vnt pipes 75mm dia in any length with or without ears with cement joints fixed to walls, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cast iron soil waste and vent pipes 100mm dia in any length with or without ears with cement joints fixed to wall, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

CI bends (any radius) 100mm bore diminishing pieces or tapers fixed in repair, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

CI bends (any radius) 75mm bore diminishing pieces or tapers fixed in repair, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

CI oval access door fixed to 100mm bore pipe fixed in repair, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cast iron oval access door fixed to 75mm bore pipe fixed in repair, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (Reinforcement cut as required to facilitate) on roofs floors (other then ground floors) Beams Stair case landing fascias parapets and similar suspended work (unreinforced)

Form work to sides and sofits or floor beam, beams hunching girders, brossuuners lintel cantilevers shelves including supports overhangs etc to obtain rough finished surface of concrete, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

TMT Bars 10mm dia over cut to length bent to shape reqd including cranking bending and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Rein forced cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded crushed stone annulled stow aggregate as in chajjas and in similar works, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Polyethlene water storage tank lids (Hook type) fixed in repair, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
