RBR-FNDN-1 - In ordinary soils by Mechanical means: Earthwork excavation in all kinds of soil for Pipe line trenches as per drawings and technical specifications including setting out, removal of stumps and other deleterious material , dressing of sides and bottom as per Technical Specification 305 MoRD / 304 MoRTH and as directed by the departmental officer including protecting the existing utility services wherever it is possible during the execution and taking all precautionary measures in the restricted areas for laying sewer/water pipe lines including diversion of traffic and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material and disposal of remaining earth upto a lead of 50 m, including all incidental and operational charges etc., complete for Pipe Line trenches by mechanical means. RBR-FNDN-1- ( I-A-i ) In ordinary soils, up to 3.00 Mts depth below GL by Manual means: Earthwork excavation in all kinds of soil for Pipe line trenches as per drawings and technical specifications including setting out, removal of stumps and other deleterious material , dressing of sides and bottom as per Technical Specification 305 MoRD / 304 MoRTH and as directed by the departmental officer including protecting the existing utility services wherever it is possible during the execution and taking all precautionary measures in the restricted areas for laying sewer/water pipe lines including divertion of traffic and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material and disposal of remaining earth upto a lead of 50 m, including all incidental and operational charges etc., complete for Pipe Line trenches by manual means.
BLD-CSTN- 2-8 modified in 2021-22 : Filling with HBG stone chips of 2.36mm and below in trenches, sides of foundations and basement with initial lead in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, consolidating each deposited layer by watering and ramming including cost and conveyance of water to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges, hire charges of T & P etc., complete for finished item of work. (APSS NO. 309 & 310)
Dewatering trenches duly bailing out water from the trenches with oil engine driven pump sets using 5hp diesel dewatering pump, including hire charges, fuel charges and crew charges for Driver and Helper, and all other incidental and operational charges including suction and delivery hose, lead of drain in to natural drain etc. complete as per the directions of the Engineer in Charge
RBR-FNDN-4 - G: Providing M10 grade concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations using 20 mm nominal size Graded hard stone aggregate, mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH for foundation and flooring bed.

Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD)/ Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) steel bars ( Fe 500/550/550D grade as per IS 1786-1979) of different diameters for RCC works , including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors.( APSS No.126)
Manufacture, Supply, Fabrication and Installation of Stainless Steel Screens using SS 304 Grade Stainless Steel Tubes, sections, plates, sheets & pipes of all sizes & Diameters as per design approved by the Engineer in Charge including Labour charges for Fabrication of stainless steel works using stainless steel welding rods including buffing, polishing, lacquer finishing, to present seamless finish including all other incidental charges etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge.
Carting of surplus excavated earth/soils/ rock/ debris or any other unwanted material from the site to a distance of 5kms including loading, unloading, idle hire charges of machinery suitable, dumping, labour charges for all leads & lifts and other incidental and operational charges etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge.
