GALVANIZED STEEL OCTAGONAL POLES FOR WIND VELOCITY OF 169 Km/ HOUR:

Supply and erection of Galvanized Steel Octagonal Pole (Sheet thickness 3mm) designed to withstand wind speed 169km/ hour of suitable length (Raw material confiming to IS-5986 (FE-510), BSEN-10025S- 355J or ASTM-572A (GR-50)) and thickness of galvanization (70mm thick) conforming to IS:2629/ IS:2633/ IS:4759, BSEN-ISO-1461- 1991 OR ASTM-A123/A123M-02. The pole shall be in single piece hot dip galvanized and shall be tapered towards the top. The bottom section shall have openable slot with exterior surface door & shall have suitable locking arrangement for housing three phase 4wire cable connection, bakelite sheet, MCB, loop in and out arrangement for incoming/ outgoing cables. There shall be suitable arrangement for earthing. Rigid Base plate of suitable size and thickness shall be welded inside and outside at the bottom of pole with provision for fixing 4 foundation bolts. The octagonal pole shall be bolted on a pre- cast foundation with a set of four foundation bolts for greater rigidity. The foundation shall be erected over cement concrete M20 with steel of given size as per design of original pole manufacturer to fixed up to a required planting depth below ground level as required:-

Supply and erection of Sheet metal cubical pedestal made from 50mmx50mmx6mm thick MS angle iron frame with 5 sides welded & covered with MS sheet 2mm thick & front side hinged with 4" hinges & locking system with single/ double door openable placed on MS strip of size 12.5mm x 2.5mm thick welded with MS sheet, 4Nos. legs of 50mmx50mmx6mm thick MS angle iron each of 600mm long with MS sheet 100mmx100mmx6mm thick at the bottom end of the legs. Front door welded x-sectionally with MS flat 25mmx5mm. The front side with MS sheet each 75mm wide & a bend of 75mm width outwards & inwards on all sides with tappered top 200mm high and pedestal with 4 Nos. supporting members each of MS flat 50mmx6mm thick according to cubical size duly welded & complete pedestal to be painted with 1 coat of red oxide & 2 coats of paint & bonding to the existing earth. The Pedestal platform should be filled with 1:2:4 cement concrete mixture and erected 150mm high from the top of the cement concrete platform. G.I. EARTHING:

Earthing with G.I. wire/ rope in G.I. pipe partly recessed and partly on surface complete with 150cm long 50mm dia. G.I. earth pipe (Cutting threads and 36 Nos. holes, 1cm dia. to make a mesh around the GI Pipe) with G.I. reducing socket including erection of the same, 4.50 metre (14.76 feet) below ground level with 20Kg. charcoal & salt mixture etc., up to 8 metre in length (including boring & refilling).

Earthing with 7/14 S.W.G. (7/2.18mm dia.) G.I. rope in 20mm dia G.I. pipe with G.I. reducing socket 50mm x 20mm (upto 8Metre in length)

Earthing earth rod 20 mm dia for providing earth connections upto line earth with G.I. Wire 8 S.W.G. (4mm dia.). The rod shall be tapered at one end and flatted on other end. CEMENT CONCRETE MUFFS:

The muff is to be made around the steel tubular pole sufficient to completely flush a SMC Junction Box (Glass Fibre reinforced polyester sheet moulding compound) confirming to IS:14772, inner dimensions 250mm x 200mm x 100mm with ± 10% tolerance in size & hinged water tight cover with locking arrangement having 1No. terminal strip with 4Nos. terminals & 1No. Single pole MCB of required capacity fixed on din bar (Din Bar Provision for 2Nos. MCB's). The SMC Junction Box is to be fixed with the pole by a MS flat clamp of size 20mm x 2mm thick. PVC pipe 40mm dia. (2No.x0.60m) should be provided for incoming and outgoing cables. The outer surface of the muff shall be finished with pure cement & two coats of white snowcem complete in all respect as approved and desired by the Engineer In-Charge at site:-

Supply and erection of LED Street Light 90 watt, AC supply voltage 140-270 volts, 50Hz ± 3% (including BIS Certified potted single diver with screen or laser printing logo LED driver) with pressure die cast or extruded aluminium housing with control gear (IP 66 protection), THD<10%, CRI minimum 70, High power LED (with wattage 1 to 5 watt) with mandatory secondary lenses, toughened glass fitting, 4 KV SPD within driver and 10KV external SPD, Min IK07, efficacy of LED fixture minimum 120 lumens per watt, 5 year warranty including their drivers complete in all respects as approved and desired by the Engineer in-charge at site.
