Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in Roofs, floors (other than ground floors), tiles including existing roof treatment (screed plaster,& tarfelt of any description) and removing to a distance exc. 500 m and n.exc. 5 Km from site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in and levelling course etc over roof surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying acrlic based waterproofing flexible liquid single component, weather resistant acrylic waterprrofing membrane for all types of exposed roof slabs (new and old) terraces (slopped and flat) etc. using ultra voilet rays and heat reflecting system complete all as specified and directed

Taking up or down 15mm bore steel tubing and connections including removal from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 20mm bore steel tubing and connections including removal from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Unplasticized PVC pipes of bore 15mm, pressure rating 10 Kg/Sqcm fixed to walls, ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix Unplasticized PVC pipes of bore 20mm, pressure rating 10 Kg/Sqcm fixed to walls, ceilings or laid in floors etc complete all as specified and as directed

Cutting chases pinning in making good to facing where required and pointing in cement mortar (1:3) for concealed water tubing in brick walls cutting n.exc 10 cm girth complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exc 250 litre but n. exc 500 litre for repair work and refixing the same after repair work on roof complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 9.00 here-in-before but capacity of tank exc 500 litres and n. exc 1000 litres.

Demolition of sunken slab floor or WC and Bath including WC trap etc including taking down loose filling of aggregate in any type and removing where directed and providing water proofing treatment of sunken slab as following . (a) 15mm thick rendering on vertical sides of RCC slab in CM 1:3 mixed with WP chemical PIDIPROOF LW of Dr Pidilite or equivalent in make given in Appendix 'B' to PS as per manufacturer instructions. (b) Cleaning the concrete surface by brushing and watering and remove all surface imperfections. (c) Fixing 40mm dia PVC Pipe 450mm long bottom of the sunken and wraping of bath seal tape on the pipes inserted through walls to floor and seal it (Bath seal tape product of sika/fosroc/M/s/ choksey and grouting around the inserted pipes using sika/fosroc/M/s choksey bath seal grout as directed. (d) Make angle fillets by mixing sand cement and sika/fosroc/m/s choskey pidicrete URP on all corners. (e) Brushing neat cement slurry two coats with high performance cementitious polymer water proofing coating of M/s Sika/Fosroc/M/s choksey bath seal WPC of thickness 1mm in combination of WPC and cement (1:1.5) by volume and providing upto height 15cm from bottom slab and allow it dry completely. (f) Providing PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate mixed with WPC of Dr fixit or equivalent make as per manufacturer'sinstructions in sunken slab over brick bat . (g) Fill the sanitary gaps with M/s Sika/Fosroc/M/s choksey sealing compounds complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) floor trap, 75mm dia plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) gully trap, 110mm dia plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding & removing serviceable material to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic floor tiles 7- 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tiles exc. 0.06 sqm but not exc. 0.11 sqm, in floors etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6 )complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles 450x300 x 6-7mm thick coloured on vertical surfaces such as in skirting/dados etc, set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 on wall complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs WC squatting pan “Orissa Pattern” of size 580 x 440mm white with integral foot rest and 'S' or 'P' traps(cast iron 100mm bore) (excluding flushing cistern & flush pipe) including connection to trap and to flush pipes etc complete all as specified in SSR and complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair PVC flushing cistern 10 ltr capacity valve less syphonic action type low level with and including ball valve float & handle, waste pipe & brackets complete set complete all as specified and directed.

Repairs to flushing cistern by adjusting the float valve leakinge of PVC connection, PVC/GI bend including replacing of rubber washer check nuts plunges etc for any type of flush complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 15mm dia long body bib taps, cast copper alloy chromium plated fancy type with crutch or butterfly handle screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair fancy type angle stop cock, 15 mm dia, cast copper alloy, with chromium plated, screwed down, high pressure, with capstan head, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair to leakage of 15 mm bore CP bib tap/ Pillar tap/ stop cock/wall mixer etc by replacing of necessary brass spindles as required complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick plaster on brick wall or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of primer, two coats of oil bound distemper over 1mm thick wall care putty on walls complete all as specified and directed.
