Planning, Designing, and Construction of RCC framed structure “New Court Building in the available vacant land in the Court Complex” (G+4), with support services Ground Floor lobby (Public entry/exit), Judges Entrance lobby, library, doctor's room, canteen, court room, judge's chamber, public waiting area, toilet blocks for litigents and staff with Ua toilets etc, along with septic tank, tiles in court building, false ceiling, wooden dais, furniture, interior furnishing, acoustic works, blinds, water supply , sanitary installation etc & allied facilities by incorporating stipulated specifications including handing over complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer-in-charge by incoprating stipulated specification and adopting NBC-2016 norms , NMC norms & IS Codes and guidelines complete in all respect. Note :- Plinth Area shall be measured for the actual constructed.

Planning, Designing and construction of Civil External development works, Dismantling and demilishing work, Levelling, Earth Filling, Internal Road, foothpath, overhead tank, under ground sump, Storm water drain, Septic Tank, distribution lines , Filtered Water Supply Distribution lines upto 100 mm dia, Borewell, Trence and sewage, Horticulture, Rain wtaer harvesting (RWH) & drainage pump etc. approval of the same by the Engineer- in-Charge

Planning, Designing and Construction on EPC Basis of INFRASTRUCTURE & EXTERNAL DEVELOPMENT – Electrical Works such as Electrical sub station (Including APDCL Load Security fee), Electrical External Servive Connection, CCTV, Access control system, IP Based EPABX system and Emergency Light and Illuminated digital signages with support services & allied facilities by incorporating stipulated specifications, UPS, CCTV SYSTEM, Fire fighting With Wet Riser system, Automatic Fire Alarm system, Central AC Plant (HVAC), Solar Photo Voltanic Power Generation System, Solar Water Heating System, IP based EPABX System, Street Lighting With LED, Door Frame Metal Detector etc., all services including handing over complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer In charge.

Supplying, Installation of Sanitary Fixtures, Fittings, Electrical Fixtures, Lightening conductor,Fittings,08 PASSENGER LIFT-02 NO'S, 13 PASSENGER LIFT-02 NOS., DB’s, Panel etc and any other Capital Equipments and accessories which requires maintenance ESS, DG SETS, TRANSFORMER and as per CPWD Maintenance Manual 2019: Comprehensive maintenance ESS, DG SETS, Transformer units after three year warranty charges/maintenance. The rates shall be inclusive of all spare, accessories, consumbles, manpower, tools and tackles, replacement of parts, (except fuel , power and water) including routine servicing and maintenance of equipment etc complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge.
