Taking down old unserviceable LT cable, Supply and Laying LT cable in trenches/through pipes/ducts or on poles/walls jointing to O/H conductor, LT panels, main switch with cable size aluminum lugs and testing. XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cables with aluminum conductor, 1100 volt grade, all as specified directed by Engineer In charge of cross sectional area and core of following sizes:-

Size of cable 10 Sq.mm 2 Core

Size of cable 10 Sq.mm 4 Core

Size of cable 16 Sq.mm 4 Core

Size of cable 25 Sq.mm 3 1/2 core

XLPE LT cable of size 35 Sqmm 3 ½ core

M & L for replacement of cable PVC insulated and PVC sheathed twin core 2.5 sqmm copper conductor multistranded complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement angle arm made out of GI pipe light grade 32/40mm dia 1.20 m length bend to shape 120 degree at one place suitable for fixing LED street light fittings fixed to poles /walls with help of MS clamps made out of flat iron of size 50 x 6 mm with suitable size of nut and bolts with two nos of washers duly painted all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of LED Street light luminaries fittings 60 watt green line a road lighting luminaries with high power LED and unique peanut to ensure uniform light distribution higher spacing between poles and maintenance free system Make-Bajaj/ HPL- cat part No HPLLEDSL6060/Havells Note:- (i) The contractor shall produce minimum two years warrenty against any manufactures defect/ failure of fitting from the authorised representative / OEM of the make as specified and brought at site. (ii) The Lux output shall not be less than 100 lumins per watt. (iii) The PF should be > 0.90 (iv) The LED street light fittings shall be provided with overload / under load protection with range 180 to 380 volts and inbuilt surge protection device. (v) The contractor / manufacture shall provide on site warranty for carrying out necessary repair / replacement of defective street light fittings. (vi) The LED fitting and driver in fitting shall be of same make.

M & L for DK Thermoplastic cable junction boxes IP 65 with metric knockouts for cable entry, weather proof for outdoor installation and including glands and with 4 terminals for terminating one incoming and outgoing UG cable of size 6/10 sqmm 2/4 core and fixed to the GI pipe 50 mm dia by means of suitable size of clamps with nut and bolts and incl provn for fixing 01 No MCB TP 32amps, 10 KA = 01 No & 01 No of single pole MCBs 6-32 amps,10KA inside the box.

M&L of GI tubing light grade of size 80 mm for protection of cable in trenches/on pole all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L in of GI tubing light grade of size 50 mm for protection of cable in trenches/on pole all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9 metres long).including two coats aluminium of painting and numbering of poles with one coat red oxide primer and all as spcd and directed. Note :- The rate is inclusive of dismantling of the Old US PCC poles.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 typeB-1 using 20 mm graded broken stone aggregate as in mass concrete in coping of existing and new PCC/steel poles etc complete all as specified and directed .

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using (40mm) graded stone aggregates as in foundation filling and mass concrete (for foundation bed concrete in poles or any other directed site)

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtrs wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtrs in depth for laying of cables including getting out in any kind of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling ,and well ramming, in layers not exceeding 25 cm each layer of any kind of soil.

Removing surplus excavated material from site not exceeding 50 mtrs from starting point and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

M& L for Spreading ribbed soil in trenches as in cable cushioning all as per IS 1255-1983 and as directed. Note :- Excavated approved soil shall be ribbed by using sieve to separate composite particles etc as per IS and refiiling in trenches before laying of cable 8 CM and 15 CM after laying of cable. This is than gently punned down to a depth of 10 cm above the top of upper most cable (ii) For the purpose of measurement only punned thickness only will be considered for payment.

Material and labour for old size brick well burnt, laid flat, for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Earthing complete with galvanized GI earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6.00 mm ,buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs below normal ground level)with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts ,nuts ,check nuts of galvanized iron or steel including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, charcoal salt filling 15 cm around the earth plate as shown in electrical plate no 3 of SSR part-I 2004, 20 mm bore, GI watering pipe medium grade 1.50 mtr long & GI protection pipe light grade 15 mm dia from earth pit to main board including making pit with PCC 1:3:6 type C1 and pre cast RCC cover 40 mm thick, reinforced with 8mm dia deformed bars @ 100 mm c/c both ways with lifting handles and funnel etc including testing as directed.

Dismantling of ACSR conductors from existing pole and removing from site all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L in repair for providing HT/LT over head lines on prestressed concrete poles with aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) including straining properly on insulator and binding with aluminium binding wire, connectors and jumpers etc complete all as specified & directed (Mink, Dog, Lion, Weasel, Ferret or Squirrel). NOTE:- Measurement for the purpose of payment shall be made by measuring horizontal distance between centres of two adjacent poles and compounding the weight of conductors of that size and length and adding 3% extra for sag, joints, jumpers etc.

Dismantling cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L in cross arm , bracing support MS clamps etc including necessary fabrication, bolts, nuts, washers etc and painting with one coat of red oxide and two coats of aluminium paints all as directed complete.

Supply and fix stay assembly complete comprising of MS galvanized stay plate 23cm x23cmx6mm , MS galvanised stay rod 16 mm dia with nut 215 cm long , MS galvanised stay bow 40cm long with 2 Nos galvanized thimbles with and including all fittings all as specified in SSR 1991 Part I. (Excavation , PCC for foundation, loop type insulator to be measured and paid seperately).

M&L for galvanised stay strand 7/2.24mm size complete all as specified & directed by engr in charge

Supply and fix LT 1100V pin type porcelain/ vitreous china, white, brown, or green insulator hight 100 mm, 65mm dia, 1100 V grade incl. one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washer and one GI nut complete [ISI marked]. Make : BHEL, Modern, Jaipuria.

Supply and fix LT 1100V shackle type porcelain/ vitreous white, 75mm height 90mm dia incl. one galvanised mild steel spindle, washer insulator bolt & GI nut complete [ISI marked]. Make : BHEL, Modern.

M& L point wiring with 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulate cable 1100 volt grade with multistranded copper conductror drawn through PVC casing and caping with all accessories such as screws, plastic gutties, etc fixed to wall/roofs/ceiling etc and incl provision of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor as earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly including fabricated steel terminal box made out of 1.6 mm thick MS sheet concealed in the wall with 3mm thick laminated sheet top cover for mounting the swithces, socket outlets, fan regulators etc all as specified and directed for following

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M& L rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of bricks/ concrete surface in cement mortar (1:6) on wall finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement

S & F ceiling rose surface bakelite 65 x 50mm three terminal AC 230 volts complete all as specified and directed

S & F exhaust fans, steel body AC single phase 230V of size 380mm sweep with blades and frame and louvers

M&L Making V groove of 10mm wide and 30mm deep or upto the extend of joint/crack present at site over joint/ crack line using electricity operated angle grinder with diamond concrete saw blade and cleaning it by air blower as directed by Engineer-ln-Charge. The groove shall be cut on the concrete surface along the joint/crack over RCC structure to be repaired complete all as specified and directed. Note: Work to be executed by the authorized applicator of manufacturer only. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Drilling Holes of 12mm dia up to 100 mm deep holes in structural members at the interval of 300 mm in staggered manner or along the joint & crack line in Reinforced Concrete (RC) structural element including cleaning of the holes by air blower and inserting 12mm dia NRV (Non Returnable Valve) nozzle compatible with injection of grouting mix and having machined external end to receive outlet of Grouting Gun. Fix inside the hole by applying thixotropic epoxy adhesive SikaDur 31 or equivalent to ensure complete sealing and allow curing the system for minimum of 8 Hrs before Grouting including nozzle projections, excess putty, if any, over concrete element by grinding, leveling and finishing the external surface, after completion of the work, etc. complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Drilling Holes of 12mm dia up to 100 mm deep holes and fixing nozzles in the honey combed potion of the surface area, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&LSealing of exposed 'V' groove of 10mm wide and 30mm deep with Sikagard 694 F(l) or Quick Fix or equivalnt solvent-free, moisture tolerant, thixotropic, two part structural adhesive and repair mortar cum surface levelling mortar. Note: Work to be executed by the authorised applicator of manufacturers only.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for injection grouting of construction joints with non shrink cement slurry admixed with epoxy grouting Cebex 100 of M/S Fosroc Chemical /SikaGrout -214 IN @ 300 mm C/C including of opening of cracks to a groove of size 12mm X 12 mm, Nozzle at 300 mm C/C including of opening of cracks to be grooved of size 10mm X 10mm fixing of nozzles with fast setting plugging compound Renderoc plug, cutting the extra length of nozzle after grouting all in complete as per manufacturers instructions including necessary scaffolding as required and as per the directions of Engineers in charge complete all as specified and directed.. Seal the nozzle with Sikagard 694 F(l) or equivalent thixotropic epoxy putty after the refusal of grout material from the nozzle. Note: leakage through other nozzle or cracks are required to be monitored while grouting and such points to be sealed as and when required without any extra cost.

Providing & Applying Two coats of SikaTopseal 107 or Aqua Arm Top Guard inside of the wall & floor of the tank, a two components ready to use polymer modified cementatious coating . First Coat should be applied horizontzlly and second coat should be applied verticallyThe thickness of coating shall not be less than I .5mm. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Applying two coats Sikagard 67 or AquArm Tank Coat, a water based epoxy coating certified for portable water on all over the concrete surface from inside.Apply the first coat by brush allow it to dry for 6-8 hrs and then apply 2nd coat and allow it to cure complete 24 hrs The coating shall be applied using brush application. The Thickness after two coating should not be less than 500 microns complete all as specified and directed. 195.00 Sqm
