Supplying installation, testing and commissioning of Outdoor Vaccum Circuit breaker Consisting of VCB triple pole 800 amps having rupturing capacity 350 MVA, 131 KA for 3 seconds, horizontal isolation and horizontal draw out type 11 KV totally enclosed extensible pattem with automatic drop down and independent spring charging type motor operated closing mechanism including motor suitable for operation on 230 volt single phase 50 cycle AC supply system and manually operating system with 30 volt DC shunt trip coil with Auxiliary switches mechanical ON/OFF indicator with protective relays and conforming to IS: of 1991 and IS 3427 of 1997 complete all as specified with and including following items:- (a) 3 Nos vacuum interrupters of rating 11 KV, 3 phase 50 Hz. 800 Amps having rupturing capacity 350 MVA mounted on common base segregated Epoxy body for higher electrical insulation and to maintain pole discrepancy as per IEC 56 and self aligned type isolating contacts

(b) Self powered microprocessor controlled numeric relay comprising of two over current, one earth fault protection relay with high set for both phase and earth and with fault memory. universal auxiliary supply as per IS-3231, 8686 The setting for over current shall be 50-200% of 5A (in the step of 10%) and for earth fault element from 20-80% of 5A (in the step of 10%) Make ABB/SIEMENS/ L&T/ Crompton (c) Current transformer(CT's) one set of three of ratio 50/25/5+5 Amps having 15 VA burden class 1.0, for metering and class 5P10 for protection- 01 Set of 03 Nos (d) Cast resin Potential transformer dry type having minimum 200 VA burden, ratio 11 KV/110V.

VCB ON-OFF Indication (ii) AMBER: Trip Indication (iii) WHITE: Trip Circuit Healthy Indication with Push Button (iv) BLUE: VCB Mechanism Spring Charged Indication (j) 11 KV, 350 MVA 800 Amps Three Phase busbars of aluminium with Rear cable termination ie. Provision for terminating 3 core165 sq mm. XLPE Cable. (k)1 No Strip heater-100W (continuously rated) with thermostat control for breaker/CT compartment with manual ON-OFF switch-1 set.. (l) Structural steel frame including PCC foundation and earthwork as per manufacturer specifications. (m)1 No 3 way breaker control switch with positions TRIP-NEUTRAL-CLOSE (n) Manual charging/operating arrangement. (o) Fuses for metering and protection system

(p) (i) Auto trip. (ii) Motor/manual charged spring operating/closing mechanism. (iii) Fault alarm (iv) Manual tripping (q) All wiring necessary for the above including interconnection to trip coil. The wire should be FRLS type in all panels. (r) Test Terminal Block (TTB) to test meters and relays with sealing arrangement.

NOTE:- 1. The HT panel comprising of VCB to be manufactured by OEM 2. Contractor shall produce manufacturer's test certificate for all routine and type test of VCB's 3. Rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive for above provisions and Civil works for foundation as per manual of manufacturer 4.Any spare/item required at site for functional of above VCB shall be done without any extra cost to the department

Supply, laying, connecting and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, Earth Grade, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (Heavy duty) 11000 volts grade with standard aluminium conductor of size 185 Sqmm, 3 core including provision of lugs, glands etc laid in trenches or fixed on wall/pole or drawn through Gl pipe complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Excavation & earth work, sand cushioning and PCC cover for cable protection will be measured & paid for seperately

M&L for Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink Each type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm to 185 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Earthing complete with Galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 3.00 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level connected to GI earth strip of size 32 x 6 mm thick by mean of nuts/bolts, check nuts and washers of brass as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR part-I including necessary excavation and earth work, GI Pipe 40 mm bore light grade for watering with Funnel, wire mesh and protection to earthing strip shall be provided with GI pipe light grade 32 mm dia up to 7.5 mtr from the earth plate electrode and refilling of soil including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt etc & earth work in any strata, PCC pit chamber in cement mortar 1:3:6 type C-2 with 40 mm thick Precast RCC cover slab 1:2:4 type B with 8 mm dia TMT bar and handle with lifting hooks including testing any type complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Upto 7.5 mtr length of pipe of 40mm bore and GI strip shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by tenderer

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth for laying/taking out cable and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in soil including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material/soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and directed

Supply and lay un-reinforced pre-cast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1, flat, size 250mm x Each 150mm x 40mm in replacement of existing burnt bricks complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spread dry river sand in trenches for cable cushioning all as specified in clause 19.75 of SSR Part-1 complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Punned thickness of sand only will be measured & paid

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) hard/dense soil each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and raming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D-2( Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, fill ing mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for MS work Roof trusses (framed). (FE-290 Gde E-165)trussed purlins crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut length of bolt exc 5cm but n exc 12cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly steel Surfaces of any des-cription, over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coat of synhetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plates (plain or chequered) channeis. Square cut or notched) (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for Plain or corrugated steel sheets, 0.63mm thick in ridges, hips, vaily gutters with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for Galvanised corrugated mild steel sheet 0.63 mm thick with two corrugation side lap, fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts in lieu of screws complete all as specified and as directed.
