Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of cables or getting out existing unserviceable XLPE cables including getting out in hard dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, and well ramming, in layers not exceeding 25 cm each layer of any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing surplus excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs from starting point and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning for underground cables with height of cushioning as 8 cm below the cable and 15 cm above the cable (total punned thickness 23 cm) complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying & laying unreinforced Precast Concrete cable cover of class LV, type 1 of size 250x150x40mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Steel tubular pole complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolt, nuts & screws as specified of type 410 SP-31 ( 9 mtr long ) as per standard drawing and specifications incl necessary excavation in post holes and PCC foundation in 1:5:10 and coping with PCC 1:3:6 incl taking down existing unservicable wooden/steel pole of any size complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out existing corroded GI tubing light grade from trenches / on pole / on wall of any size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI tubing light grade of 40 mm bore as protection cover for cables to be laid under floor ,along the wall or along the pole complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI tubing light grade of 80 mm bore as protection cover for cables to be laid under floor ,along the wall or along the pole complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Structural steel work in replacement of existing unserviceable Cross arms bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from steel sections including nuts,bolts ,washers,welding ,bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed inclusive one coat of primercoat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm tthick buried directly in ground(earth plate not less than 2.25 mtr deep below the normal ground level ) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below the normal ground level connected to galvanized earth wire 4mm dia by means of nuts bolts, washers, check nuts of iron or steel including test point PCC pits and RCC cover in PCC 1:2:4 (type B-1) medium grade GI watering pipe 20mm dia with funnel and wire mesh and 40 mm bore GI pipe light grade protection pipe up to test point etc including excavation and provn of charcoal & common salt for insulation upto 15cm height all around the plate complete all as specified and shown in EP-3 of SSR Part-I.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground(earth plate not less than 3.25 mtr deep below the normal ground level ) with top edge of plate not less than 2.5 mtr below the normal ground level connected to galvanized earth strip 32X6mm thick by means of nuts bolts,washers,check nuts of iron or steel including test point PCC pits and RCC cover in PCC 1:2:4 (type B-1) medium grade GI watering pipe 20mm dia with funnel and wire mesh and 40 mm bore GI pipe light grade protection pipe up to test point etc including excavation and provn of charcoal & common salt for insulation upto 15cm height all around the plate complete all as specified and shown in EP-3 of SSR Part-I.

M&L in replacement for ACSR conductor squirrel to dog (6/1/2.11 to 6/1/4.72) any size drawn straight horizontal on over head lines on existing poles including binding with insulators. Weight of conductor shall be measured straight horizontal distance between centre of two adjacent poles and calculating weight of conductor of size and length by adding 3% extra for sag ,jointing jumpers,etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for galvanized iron steel wire drawn straight horizontal as continuous earth wire on existing LT poles of size 4.0 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of shackle type porcelain vitreous, white brown or green insulator for working pressure 1.1 KV of size 100mm height and 115 mm dia including galvanized mild steel straps of section 38 x5 mm size, 20 mm dia bolt nut and washers complete all as specified and directed

S&F in replacement pin type porcelain vitreous white, brown or green insulator of size 50 mm height,65 mm dia for 550 volts grade including one galvanised mild steel spindle , one galvanised iron nuts and two washer for 1.1 KV working pressure complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Painting old/new steel surface of pole i.e brackets 'D' clamps,stay clamps, and anti climbing devices, cross arms etc complete with one coat of aluminium paints over a coat of primer after preparing the surface complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old under ground LT XLPE/PVC cable of any size from trenches/wall/roof/road/pipe/pole/DB including taking out of brick/PCC cover protection layer for finding out fault in the line and segregating/staking of serviceable brick/PCC cover from trenches for reuse and removal of broken brick bats from site complete all as specified and as directed. Note: -Excavation, earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item.

Supply & laying XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volt grade of crosssectional area 70 Sqmm 3.5 Core complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down unservicable/worn out Panel Box and Supply installation, testing and commissioning of factory fabricated prewired bus bar Panel box, cubical type IP 65 grade of suitable size out door type, double door, dust and vermin proof, CPRI approved made out of 50x50x6mm angle iron frame/legs and 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet with openable shutters on both sides (front & rear), powder coated externally and internally, having locking arangement mounted on four legs 90cm high (fixed 30 cm below ground level and 60 cm above ground level), embedded in PCC (1:2:4 ) type B2 of suitable size with clear working space all around the bus bar and shall comprise with the following accessories :- (a) MCCB 4 pole 25 KA, 160 Amps capacity, thermal magnetic setting type Model : DPX 250 Cat No : 420217 of Make : Legrand or equivalent of L&T/Schnider - 01 No (b) Copper bus bar 200 A for three phase and neutral duly insulated with sleeves of colour RYB . (c) MCB SPN 32 Amp - 02 Nos. (Note : (i) Incoming and outgoing cable shall be fixed with appropriate size of copper thimble. (ii) Apron shall be provided at bottom for protection of cable to avoid entry of vermins, reptiles.

Labour only for taking out old/unserviceable insulators bindings and jumperings and tightening/restretching of the sagged ACSR Conductors/ GI earth continuous wire on pole including resecuring of insulators bindings and jumpering by using new aluminium binding wires complete all as specified and directed. Note: Each run of ACSR Conductor/GI wire will be measured as unit length & all T&P involved shall deemed be included in the quoted rates .
