Wall painting two or more coats on new work with plastic emulsion of approved brand and manufacture on undecorated wall surfaces including priming coat to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth as required for making the surface including carriage of material within all leads and lifts.in all floor levels as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade New work (Two or more coat) applied @ 1.67 Itr/10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10sqm) on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade including priming coat and final finish after throughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc including sand paper smooth complete including carriage of material within all leads and lifts in all floor levels as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Polishing two coats with Melamine finish on new wood and wood based surfaces to give an even surface including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust, and sand papered smooth and including a coat of wood filler complete including carriage of material within all leads and lifts in all floor levels as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Brass Handles anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS: 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary 4 screws etc. complete including carriage of material within all leads and lifts in all floor levels as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (i) 125mm

Providing and laying heavy duty precast cement conrete polished NTC make inter locking paver blocks vibro compacted upto M-50 grade i/c border or kurb block grey or coloured over sub-base of concrete with 40mm thick average thickness of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4sand) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of blocks i/c curing rubbing & polishing complete (Sub- base concrete floor to be paid for seperately 60mm thick inter locking blocks including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.
