Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided. (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition)

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc.

M&L for moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and consolidated including watering and making true surface.

M & L for broken stone or boulders hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, pread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface .

Supply & Laying of polythene 50 micron Film /sheet as the prepared sub bay surface .

S&F of mild steel bars (6 TO 8 MM) dia TMT bars dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips .

Material and Labour for providing and laying RMC of design mix cement concrete of M-30 Grade (with steel fibres) with vaccum dewatering system(measured seperately in Sqm) in road/pavements/carriageways, using cement content as per desigh mix with minimum 450 Kg per Cum, using coarse sand and graded stone aggreagte of 25mm nominal size and other admixtures, plasticizers and fly ash/GGBS in approriate proportions as per approved & speciffied design mix criteria, providing dowel bars with sleeve/tie bars wherever required, laying at site spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface vibrators , levelling to required slope/camber finishing with required texture and floating opearations including high tensile steel wire fibres of diameter not exceeding 0.456mm and length exceeding 50mm blended with ready mix concrete at plant at the rate of 7kg/cum and metallic hardener at the rate of 1 kg per 50 kgs of cement and making provision for contraction /expansion , construction & longitudinal joints(10mm widex50mm deep) by groove cutting machine, providing and filling joints with approved joint filler and sealants complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge(Item of joint fillers, sealants, dowel bars with sleever/tie bars to be paid seperately) The RMC plant shall be of Fully automatic plant and shall confirm to the IS 4926-2003 and IS 4925-2004.

M&L for cement concrete in foundation ,filling and mass concrete typeB1 1:2:4 using 20mm aggregate.

Material and Labour for providing Vaccum dewatering method to remove excess water from the laid concrete and filler pad and suction mat shall be laid on the freshly laid concrete which will not allow cement paster to flow out, and the suction pump are then started immediately to remove the excess water. The suction time normally is 20 to 30 minutes or as specified and as required and making the surface hard enough to enable to carry the floating operations for 200 mm thick slab including finishing the top surface with mechanical trowel) The finished surface should be smooth & even.

Material and Labour for Non Metallic floor Hardner of pure carborandum based for concrete road surfaces the application and proportions are as per the manufacturer specifications. Make: Master Builders Solutions,MYK Arment ,Da Fixit , Fosroc ,Bostik ,/Alchemica and Tecnopol Only as approved by EIC).

Supply and application of 4mm thick(1 mm of scatch coat and 3 mm of top coat) self-smoothening breathable polyurethane concrete Flooring system like U-crete MF of BASF/ Nitofloor SL3000 UT of Fosroc/ Sika floor – 21NPurCem (IN) of Sika/ Duracrete of Cipy or equivalent reputed flooring system only.Make and colour should be approved by EIC . The entire scope of the work are as follows. Surface Preparation: The surface of the substrate should be made absolutely dry & free from laitance to achieve the maximum bond strength between substrate & flooring system. Making necessary grooves of size 10mm X 10mm size all along the line of edge of the floor and creating mechanical bond with the existing flooring by cutting necessary grooves in the flooring, all around the existing/Kota stone flooring joints/ edges, Scratch Coat: The material must be applied to the prepared substrate @ minimum 1 mm thickenes [depending upon the floor condition] as a scratch coat to fill up the pores of existing flooring surface, after surface preparation and allowed to dry until it is tack free, prior to the application of the topping. All the damaged part of existing flooring system must be filled with above material. Floor Topping Providing and application of self-smoothening Polyurethane Flooring system of 3 mm thickness with mix density 1.8 gm/cc and above,Adhesive pullout bond strenght above 1.5 Mpa, Tensile strength of 5-10 Mpa as per BS/ASTM pecification, compressive strength from 48 to 56 Mpa, Flexural strength of minimum 17 to 21 Mpa, Water absorption should be 0 to 0.06%, chemical & slip resistance should be at desired level as per the specification of the manufacturer. Make: Master Builders Solutions / Dr .Cipy /Fosroc/MYK arment only as approved by EIC (Payment shall be made in square meters of the floor area for complete work as mentioned above.)The application should be done through authorised applicator of manufacturer.

M & L for mixing and laying PU Sealant at the designated joints are to be sealed using Fosroc Colpor 200PF over the Backer rod of Expancel which shall position on the filler board of Hydrocel XL of the Expansion joint , pavement sealant manufactured by Fosroc to BS 5212: 1990 and U.S. Federal Specification SS-S 200E:1984. Colpor 200PF/FloArm- Primer EP of MYK arment/ Dr.Fixit Sealants/ Feviseal HY 300 of Cipy has a movement accommodation factor of 30% in butt joints. To ensure the sealant operates within its stated movement capacity of 30%, the width of sealing slots should be designed in accordance with the recommendations of IRC-57-2006. In trafficked areas the expansion joint width should not generally Exceed 30 mm. (Make: Fosroc. MYK arment Da cipy and Master Builders Solutions Only)

M & L for applying polyurethane 100-150 mm width Line marking coating using of Fosroc Nitoflor PUW 100/ Da.Cipy FK 666 of Da . Cipy / Floarm Top PUD of MYK arment /U-crete of Master builders solutions / onlt at 90/100 microns thick according to the lay out and width will be decided and as approved by EIC . (Make: Fosroc.Dr. Cipy, MYK arment , and Master Builders Solutions only)

Refixing Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) quality-B Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails,braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering,running rails and guides) and hanging; also astening and fixing complete .

Refixing plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk)forming holes, without any attachment.

Material and labour for brick work built in CM 1:6 using sub-class ''B'' bricks ,straight or curved on plain exc 6m mean radius.

M & L for plastering in CM 1:4 15 mm thick on fair faces of walls incl all bye works .

M & L for rendering oil bound distempering (Two coat) on new surfaces and fair faces of walls/ceilings complete all as directed . Make: Asian/Berger/Nerolac.

M & L for painting to steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer including preparing new surfaces.

M&L for Painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc. on roads, pavements and the like exc 10cm wide with road marking paint, white or golden yellow. (Adequate Coats)

M&L for formwork to edges of concrete flats, breaks in floors, openings in concrete walls, floors and roofs and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping, and similar work all exceeding 20cm wide. Where RCC/PCC band in walls, spanning and pening, the formwork soffit only shall be paid for under item 07010)

Removal of excavated rock exceeding 250m but not exceeding 500m and depositing where directed.
