Providing cement based water proofing treatment to terraces (Indian water proofing or alike) with brick bats laid in required slope to drain the water for any span after cleaning the base surface. Sliding Door- Providing and fixing a sliding door made of powder-coated extruded aluminum alloy frame (Grade 6063-T6 or equivalent) with a minimum profile size of 50mm x 38mm for shutters and 63mm x 38mm for the frame, having a wall thickness of 1.2 mm to 1.5 mm. The door shall be infilled with 6 mm to 8 mm thick phenolic resin bonded Bakelite sheet (Greenlam, Century Ply) in approved color and finish.
