Material and labour for returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm deep as in soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for removal of excavated material n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above in starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for river washed and screened, dry sand for filling in trenches below and around underground cables for cushioning of cables etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Measurement shall be taken after punning down.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 1, flat size 300mmx 180mm x 40mm for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

All as per srl item No 5 here-in-before but using old cable cover obtained under srl item No 1 here in before complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying, laying, jointing, testing and connecting in replacement XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cable (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminum conductors, 11 KV grade, IS 7098 marked, suitable for HT 11 KV(E) system, laid in trenches / ducts / encased in GI pipe / fixed to pole, including jointing & testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge of following sizes

Material and labour boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.6 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) The contractor will be responsible for taking permission from appropriate authority i.e. NHAI/IGL/ if needed units, needed for above said work. (ii) Trenchless depth shall not be less than 2 mtr from ground level until or otherwise required due to site requirement and contractor has to maintain the trenchless depth upto 4 mtrs from ground level all quoted rates shall deemed to be included to maintain the trench less depth as directed during excavation to avoid damages to the existing services. (iii) The quoted rate shall deemed to be included for repairs/rectification for damaged done to the existing/ communication and water supply system /sewage system during excavation of work.

Material and labour boring of hole under road/pavement/hard standing or any other situation by manual means and suitable for passing of GI pipe 80 to 100 mm bore and making good both ends complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement GI Pipe (light grade) with necessary accessories/ fittings for cable protections/pole for crossing of culverts/nallah complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge of following bore sizes :-

Material and labour in replacement Retro Reflective installation sign boards of size 5 feet x 4 feet fabricated out of 16 gauge MS sheet frame duly welded/riveted with MS square pipe of size 25mm x25mm at height 2.00 meter above ground level on stainless steel heavy duty pipe of size 80mm bore embedded 60 CM in PCC 1:2:4 type B 1 block of size 45cmx45cmx60cm including necessary excavation and earth work .The steel portion of the board shall be painted in stove enameled paint and the front & back of the frame shall be overall sheathed with blue colour base painter adhesive tape. The writing matter will be in English language on both sides with reflective adhesive painter tapes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE :- Sample kept in Engr-in-Charge's office.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to GI Strip 25x4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I, connected to earth test point and the equipment on the other nuts and washers of galvanized ironsides complete all as specified, including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (a) The unit rates quoted against this item shall be deemed to include the cost of excavation and earth work in any type of soil, common salt & charcoal dust in alternate layers, PCC 1:3:6 as in pit, precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 with necessary reinforcement as in cover & frame for pit, funnel, watering pipe 20 mm bore GI pipe light grade, protection pipe 15 mm bore GI pipe medium grade etc. (b) The quoted rates shall also deemed to include the cost of earth test point and earth strip/GI lead wire and protection pipe up to 7.5 meter beyond the earth plates electrode.

Material and labour for cutting and removing grass, vegetation bushes etc from surrounding 4 pole/6 pole HT structure , outside area of HT installation and removing all rubbish to a distance not exceeding 50 m complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for spreading of stone aggregate of nominal size not more than 25mm under 4/6 pole HT structure /surrounding area of outdoor RMU manually without damaging any equipments, cable or parts , spreading & leveling of finished gravel uniformly in layers n. ecc. 15 cm thick watered and rammed to true surfacecomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying and laying as replacement in sub station fixing 3.3 to 11 KV electrical insulation mat of size 5 mtr x 1 mtr x 2.5 mm thick specification as per IS 15652 2006 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement for Danger Notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enameled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bobes in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25x20 cm size including taking down old one complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for demolition of road, path, drain and concrete in ground floors, RCC/Brick wall (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40 mm grade crushed stone aggregate) 50 mm thick complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge.

Supply & fixing of cable route indicator made of RCC (Nominal Mix) type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) with 8mm TMT Bar c/c of size 1m height X 60cm wide X 10cm thick tapered on top, visible above ground, duly painted with synthetic enamel paint of yellow colour base and letters with black paint. The description for writing for HT cable 33 KV as directed by Engr-in-charge complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE :- Sample kept in Engr-in-Charge's office. Note : Rate for PCC 1:3:6 for foundation (min size 0.8mx0.3mx0.3m) of aggregate size 20mm for cable route indicator shall be deemed to be included in the item.

Disconnecting HT supply from 11 KV, 630 Amps RMU, 3/4/5 way and servicing and overhauling of RMU, checking of tripping mechanism, greasing of moving contacts, cleaning of carbon from main contacts, checking of spring tension, checking of loosened bolts and nuts , checking of loosened connections, rust, damaged, lead wire, checking of spring charging motor, improvement of resistance of CTs, PT, epoy insulator and epoxy body by applying post heated varnish complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for checking the existing pressure of SF6 Gas in gas chamber of 11 KV, 630 Amps RMU, 3/4/5 way before filling and topping up to the SF6 gas in the chamber of RMU including supervision of gas filling /topping up process and checking the pressure of gas after filling complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement of cable boost 11 KV in 630 Amps RMU, 3/4/5 way complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing in replacement associated ring-core cast-resin insulated CTs 100-50/1 Amps 2.5 VA 10P10 for protection in 11 KV, 630 Amps RMU (Ring main unit) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing in replacement 1-Ph (11 Kv/rt3) : 110 VAC, 50 VA Potential transformer in 11 KV, 630 Amps, RMU (Ring main Unit) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement of Faulty operating mechanism of earthing switch for VCB, installation of new operating mechanism of earthing switch with Testing, commissioning etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement of Faulty spring charger mechanism for VCB, installation of new spring charge mechanism with Testing, Commissioning etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement of MCR-3 way Operating mechanism interlock of 11 KV RMU for Operation + Earthing switch of VCB installation of new Operating mechanism interlock of 11 KV RMU for Operation + Earthing switch of VCB with Testing, Commissioning etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Platform :- Material and labour for Brick Masonry ( Using sub class 'B' Brick) platform of size 3m x 3m x 1 m height , built in CM 1:4 complete with excavation & earth work , PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 in foundation , 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on sides and top of the brick work , up to 150 mm below ground level , supply and fixing of 02 Nos MS Channels of size ISMC-100 for balancing of Transformer embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 up to 100 mm Thick RCC 1:2:4 with 10 mm steel bar including 20 mm graded aggregate , including provn of steps on one side complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting electrically and mechanically outdoor transformers upto 400 KVA capacity, lowering down from 4/6/8 pole structure carefully using hydra machine and Re-installation of transformer on plinth, connecting electrically and mechanically, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Fencing :- Material and labour for perimeter fencing of size 04m x 04m x 2m (as per site condition) having MS work of angle iron for post and struts of fencing around the transformer plinth/substation/LT panels etc drilling holes flat iron fillet for securing wire mess by welding to angle iron frame and framed work as in door/gate of angle iron and wiremesh.Door to be fixed by 03 nos 100mm long hinges and one sliding door bolt of 300mm long for locking arrangement. Details are as follows:- (a)Angle iron post to post distance maintained not more than 02mtr ,size of angle shall be 40x40x5mm.Angle Iron shall be embedded in natural ground not less than 0.90 m deep. (b)MS wire 75x75mm mesh 3.15 mm dia ,2mtr height and shall be fixed to post with flat iron 32 x 6 mm fillet with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer. (c)Cement concrete type D-2 ,1:4:8 using grade crushed stone aggregate for mass concrete/ foundation. (d)Brickwork with subclass 'B ' bricks ,straights or curved on plane exc 6m mean radius ,built in cement mortar 1:6 complete for toe wall along the perimeter fencing. The toe wall shall be one brick thick,30cm high (15cm above GL and 15cm below GL) on 75mm thick PCC lean concrete. (e) The exposed surfaces of brickwork shall be rendered 15mm thick in CM (1:4) finished fair and even without using extra cement. (f) The steel gate shall be of size 1.00m x2.00 m fabricated from angle iron 40x40x5 mm frame and 12x12 mm square guard bars. (g) All the exposed surfaces of steel shall be painted with two coats of Synthetic enamel paint over one coat of Red Oxide Primer. (h) Dry stone aggregate of size 40mm spreaded ,leveled & compacted up to 100mm thick. (h) Necessary excavation and earthwork shall be included in the quoted rate.

Dismantling of any type 2/4/6 pole structre complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for re-painting of existing transformer/RMU GI fencing of any sizes with apply of 2 coats of aluminum paint including rubbing with wire brush/emery paper to fencing and angle irons, at different location after disconnecting of HT supply from incoming and LT supply complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for re-painting of LT Steel tubular poles of any sizes with apply of 2 coats of aluminum paint including rubbing with wire brush/emery paper & writing pole Nos in appropriate size of letters including making yellow and black strips upto height of 1.5 mtr above from ground level complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Transportation of DC Charger from (2 x 24V ) from old base to workshop and return after repair. Opening the DC 24 V battery Charger for repair and checking all condtion of Volt meter and Ampere ,Meter Wiring ,Diode circuit ,Relay, Control Transfomer, Rotary Switch and change unserviceable itmes if required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for testing ,setting & co-ordination of relay parameters consideration with incoming and outgoing feeders including following tests and setting complete as detalis mentioned as under :- (i) testing of following relays of control panel with secondary injection kit checking and programming of realy (ii) OVER CURRENT IDMT with pick upsetting ,TMS ,CTR <fault current ,Operating time setting (iii) Over current IDMT with I>>,Td,I>>>,Td setting (iv) Earth fault DMT IDMT with pick up setting ,TMS,CTR fault current operating time setting (v) Earth fault DMT with I>>,Td,I>>>,Td setting

Note : Contractor should procure and provide 50 % of the material as listed above within 15 days of the placing of work order and shall be verified by the Engr-in-charge.
