Upkeeping & cleaning of CWS-House , Korba including cost of labour for dry cleaning/ dust removing of doors, windows, furnitures, mopping of floor of all rooms, toilets , bath, kitchen, store room etc including the cost of detergent, harpic for cleaning of toilets, napthalene ball for wash basin/ urinal pots with tool and plant like broom, bucket etc complete. by engaging 03 unskilled labour per day.

Changing of linen like bedsheets, bed covers, pillow cover, white towel, white napkins, blankets, dining table cloth, dining table mats, dining table napkins etc for occupant of the suit rooms of Guest House, washing and pressing of all the above materials. The changing of bed sheets, pillows, towel, napkins etc are to be done at every alternate day for the occupancy above 3 days. For every new occupants dry washing of blankets for every month and dining table cloth, napkins on every day basis if used or as per requirement. ( One unskilled labour per day)

Daily running operation of CWS House at Korba including cost of labour for cooking, serving, washing of utensils & crockeries with providing consumable materials such as cooking gas, VIM powder/ bar, scrubber, brooms, wiper, room freshner etc but excluding the cost of food material, fridge, furniture & curtains, matress and pilloes etc as per instruction of engineer- in- incharge. (Two cook and two helpers per day for two shifts) Cook- skilled and helper - unskilled
