SITE CLEARENCE, SITE DEVELOPMENT AND EARTH WORK Maternal & Labour Granular Sub Base (GSB) grading as per Grade-I (as specified in table 400-2 MORTH, IRC specitication) over excavated level and compacted sub grade with stone aggregate of specified grading by using machanical motor grader, spreding, levelling, rolling with tandem vibratory roller exceeding 8 ton not exceeding 12 ton and consolidating to required gradient and camber to achieve 98 % of MoD of soil including necessary form work if required complete all as specified and directed.

Forming embankement including raising earth, spreading in layers n exc 30 cm thick, watering ramming/ rolling with tondome roller ( Static and vibratory) under optimum moisture condition to 98% modified proctor density and finished to required gradient, size and camber as required to 'K' value in field at top of embankment (subgrade of pavement) shall not be less than 5kg/Cm²/cum complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour only for in-situ soil stabilization of 150 mm compacted thickness by blending pulverized excess soil and crushed concrete aggregate soil in volumetric proportion of 70: 30 respectively. Including rolling and compacting upto required gradient and the materials are mechanically mixed, spread and leveled on the sub-grade with watering ramming/ rolling with tandem roller (Static and vibratory) under optimum moisture condition to 98% modified proctor density and finished to required gradient, size and camber. NOTE: Crushed concrete aggregate material will be available at 05 End site not exceeding 250 meter.

DG SET Supply, erecting, testing and commissioning complete of manufacturer or OEM manufactured, static silent (Sound Proof enclosure) Diesel Engine Driven Generating Set capable of delivering 160 KVA/ 128KW, water cooled, 415 Volts(AC Three phase, 4 Wire system of supply) 50 HZ at power factor 0.8 minimum. The DG Set shall consists of diesel engine coupled to a matching alternator, through flexible coupling and mounted on common base frame and complete with control panel standardized by manufacturer, fuel tank with mounting arrangements and inlet , outlet return inlet oil arrangement, exhaust pipe complete and suitable for conditions prevalent at Chabua. (Capacity of Engine, alternators shall be worked out taking all derating factors into consideration) including PCC foundation( of suitable size leaving at least 0.5 M all around for ease of movement and 0.5 M height), anti-vibration pads, including all features to comply with latest CPCB guidelines and Comprising of followings:- (i) ENGINE(Prime Mover): Diesel Engine 1500 RPM , direct injection ,Suitable No cylinders ,four stroke, confirming to ISO3046/BS 5514, water cooled, naturally turbo charged, capable of giving adequate BHP to drive Alternator capable of delivering 200 KVA/128 KW at outdoor atmospheric conditions at Chabua. ,(Taking all derating factor into consideration), , 12/24 Volt(as per manufacturer recommendations) electric battery start, complete with fly wheel all standard fittings/fixtures as per manufacturer and including suitable panel with techometer, lub oil temperature, pressure gauge and frequency meters and also including self starter system, dynamo, fuel electric control panel with electronic governor (ECPG) and Engine protection system(Shut down, High water temperature, low lub oil, oil pressure, over speed etc) fuel tank and first fill of lub oil and other consumables etc .

Design, manufacturing, supply, installation, Testing and commissioning of APFC Panel of 30 kVAr 7 stages as per The 440V APFC Panel shall be metal clad, indoor type floor mounted in Non drawout execution. Fabricated from Sheet steel shall be CRCA of minimum 2.0 mm thickness. Incomer Circuit breaker (MCCB) shall be mounted in a separate compartment and Metering compartment along with APFC Relay etc shall be separate. The position of various control switches, push buttons, louvers etc. requiring manual operation.
