Dismantling brickwork of stone/boulder masonry, build incement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius with old size bricks built in cement mortar 1:6 for cracked wall of manholes, septic tank, soak pits etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 2 here-in -above but except bricks. Note :- Old serivceable bricks obtained from Srl No. 1 shall be reused after proper cleaning.

M&L half brick thick brick work with sub class "B" bricks built in cement mortar 1:4 as in inspection chamber and gully trap portion etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L providing cement concrete type 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings to brick wall, kneelers,bedplates and all other similar works including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster from inside/outside of existing septic tank/manhole/walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water and removal of rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 inside and outside wall of manhole of brick work/ concrete surface finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) using WPC as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified & as direcetd. Notes: (i) WPC shall be measured and paid for separately as 'Supply only' item. (ii) WPC to be mixed @200ml per 50 Kg bag of cement all as manufacturers instruction.

M&L 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, shall be laid in 1:20 slope. The concrete shall be laid at a stretch not exceeding 3-meter in length. Joint gap between the adjoining slab, at corners and at junctions of wall shall not exceed 10mm in width and shall be sealed with mastic filling i.e. one part of bitumen of grade 85/25 garde mixed with 3 part of sand. Top surface of concrete shall be finished even and smooth without using extra cement. Joints shall be provided at not more than 3-meter interval at corner and junction walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L sand filling under interlocking paver blocks and all other similar works complete all as specified and directed.

M&L machine presssed precast concrete interlocking paver block (Grey Colour) of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658 -2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and no pigment laid dry over sand cushion complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separately

All as per item No-68 here-in-above but except paver blocks. Note :- Old retrived serviceable paver blocks shall be reused after proper cleaning.

M&L for cleaning of existing sewage line exceeding 100 mm and not exceeding 450 mm internal dia at any depth incl manholes by removing the manholes covers of any type/ size and cleaning by means of honey sucker followed by mechine/ vibration rodding followed by hydrolic jet pressure machine etc as required at site and well flushing the manholes with water after cleaning including getting out sledge/liquid materials if any in sewer line and removing the solids and sludge to any distance exceeding 50 m and reinstating the manhole covers in its original position complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) The contractor will issue hand glowbs to the Safaiwala before starting rodding/ sucking by means of mechanical sucker / bouser mounted tractor / lorry etc. (ii) Cleaning of existing sewage pipe line / manholes by suitable honey sucker followed by mechanical rodding followed by hydralic jet pressure and depose effluent out side the defence land and that shall be included in the quoted unit rate. (iii) The labour employed by the contractor shall have firm name uniform, (iv) The Manhole cover to be re-installed

M&L cleaning the blockage IWCs / EWC, bathroom/kitchen by cleaning the nanhi traps / gully traps and CI / PVC pipe line upto the 1st manhole. All the mud / sludge / kitchen waste / plants roots to be cut / removed and getting out by washing throughly traps, CI waste pipe by opening the cleaning eyes lids properly. The sludge/ waste received during cleaning process to be removed at a distance in a pit of suitable size at a distance not exceeding 100m from the bldg and bleaching powder to be spread over waste and burred under the soil / Earth, Earth work shall be included in the unit rate. Notes:- (i) The Sweeper / Safaiwala employed by the contractor shall be in possession of agency's / firm's dress. (ii) The Sweeper / Safaiwala shall be in possession of PVC / wooden pump of appropriate size with long handle / 5-6 mm dia MS plain rod. (iii) The contractor shall deploy suitable Nos of Labours with one site supervisor who will report daily to AGE B/R - II (W) complaint cell at 9.00 hrs for collection of complaints and deposit the same before 1730 hrs to concerned JE (Civ) till contract period. (iv) A sum of Rs 550/- will be deducted from contractors RAR / Final bill per day for supervisor , if Supervisor found absent from duty.

M&L cleaning and desludging / de-watering of septic tanks / Manholes and soakage well of any depth using honey sucker followed by the mechanical rodding followed by hydralic jet pressure machine etc as rerequired , with the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge and re-fixing the manholes cover to its original position complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Cleaning the septic tanks / soakage wells/ manholes by suitable suction pump loaded vehicle / trailers/ Bowsers, lorry etc available in the market and dispose off the effluent / waste out side the defence land and the quoted rate shall be deemed inclusive for this. (ii) The correct (volume) measurement of Browsers/ Trailer mounted on any kind of vehicle to be checked / measured and noted in register before making the payments to the contractor.

M&L providing, cement concrete 1:3:6 , type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, sides of footpath and paved areas etc. rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.
