Providing and applying of 10mm thick hand applied Sika Monotop 122F single component, dual srinkage compensated thixotropic high strength formulation trawlable mortar on the brick wall including pointing of brick joint over a bond coat of sika latex (1:4:6) water cement and sika latex consumption @ 100 gm/sqm on the wall surfaces. the PMM should have compressive strength > 45 MPa in 28 days as per ASTM C 109 (7 cm cube) complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing the plaster of thickness up to 15mm over the brick masonry surface by providing and applying a bond coat of Sika Latex: Water: Cement - 1:4:6 with Sika Raintite-i consumption @100gm/sqm on the wall surface followed by hand mix of cementitious mortar 1:4 to be mixed with permeability reducing polymer Sika Raintite-i @ 400gm/sqm (6%) by weight of cementitious content at time of mixing with water as per manufacturer's recommendations including all lead life, levelling the surface, curing etc complete.

M&L for providing and fixing 12-16 mm dia injection ports non retunable nozzle by drilling, cleaning and sealing holes 50-75mm deep with fast setting high epoxy putty , solvent free , three component compound based on epoxy resins,graded fillers, and thixotropic agents as approved by GE as in beams, columns, slab and parapets as per the technical specifications and manufacturer's instructions complete all as spd an directed.

Supply and apply of 3 parts, very low viscous elastic polyacrylic injection resin Sika @ Injection 306 with a versatile and adjustable reaction time having mixed viscosity: 3-11 M pa s at + 20 degree C, reaction time: adjustable according to ambient temperature and execution requirement between 8-50 Mins PH - 9-10. Tested as per wissbau No 2002- 094- (1A) function test with re- injectable hose system. The holes should be drilled until a depth of approx. 5 cm (for a 6cm thick wall) before the end of the wall is reached. Pump Sika @ injection- 306@ at > 20 bar into a behind fissures or into masonry joint which are allowing water to infiltrate into unwanted area if voids is masonry being injected contain insufficient moisture to activate the grout inject a small amount of water prior to injecting the grout when movement stop or Sika @ injection - 306 appears at the next packer move to the next packer and inject. If the dampness is heavy inject similarly at next joint line. Note: contractor will submit the warranty certificate of efflorescence for 10 years from date of completion of work.

Making the grooves 10mmx10mm above coating area and fill with SIKAFLEX 127, single component, elastic, moisture curing, hybrid polyurethane based construction sealent and adhesive complete all as specified and as directed. Note: contractor will submit the warranty certificate of efflorescence for 10 years from date of completion of work

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over and including one coat of 1.5mm thick wall care putty all as complete.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment / paint of any description of walls (any number of layers ) by scrapping with steel scrappers including applying 1 mm thick wall care putty to smooth finish complete all as specified and as directed and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Treatment of sunken floor slab compraises of the following specifications and all as specified :- (i) M&L for Demolition/cleaning the sunken/lowered portion of RCC slab surface (including vertical total depth plus skirting height) of floors by wire brush, chisel out any mortar sticking to the surface and brooming completely. 40mm thick avg PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in padding conc to achieve proper slope including cutting holes in bricks or RCC wall for spout. (ii) Rendering of uneven surfaces with 6mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 200ml per 50 Kg beg of cement consumed. Fill it with water and check dampness and seepage. Where dampness/seepage is noticed, nozzles shall be fixed and grouting carried out (fixing of nozzle and grouting & WPC will be measured and paid separately). (iii) All junctions points of side wall where CI/GI pipes are passing through shall be sealed with epoxy puty. (iv) After drying putty, wash the slab and sides of sunken portion with water and make it clear and clean. (v) M&L for applying two coats of polymer modified cementious water proof coating as per manufacturs instruction to bottom and vertical sides up to finished floor level+100mm height. The thickness of two layer shall be 1mm. When the second layer is still sticky, coarse sand spray shall be carried for the vertical and bottom surface of the sunken portion all as specified and directed. (vi) GI pipe 50mm dia medium grade 50cm long laid on each sunken floor as spout complete all as specified and direced by EIC. (vii) Plaster the bottom and sides up to bottom of the skirting with minimum 20mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 200ml per 50 Kg beg of cement consumed as per manufacturer's specification including rounding of corners and junctions sloping towards spout. (WPC shall be measured and paid separately) (viii) All pipes laid in sunken portion shall be covered with 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 all round after painting with anticorrosive paint. (ix) after above process, sunken portion shall be filled with PCC 1:5:10 completely and 40 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 shall be provided at the top surface. Note :- (i) Test the water proofed area (ponding test) by filling water for at least 72 hours and tested for leakage seepage and to the entire satisfaction of GE. The treatment shall be carried out by authorised applicators of chemicals. Cost of testing is included in the rates quoted above. (ii) All debries obtained from site will be thrown away out side MD land by contractor at his own expense. (iii) For payment purpose the plan area of sunken floor shall be taken into accounts.

M& L for spray painting of MS Boxes including changing MS sheet cover of existing size of Meter Boxes accessories including de-rusting of surface and cleaning manually by scrubbing and wire brushing, washing throughly and dry properly, applying two coats of Zinc phosphate primer by spray machine,final painting of two coats with synthetic enamel paint by spray machine over priming coat, the colour of painting shall be as decided by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for GI tubing light grade 40 mm bore ISI marked for for cable protection fixed to floor/ground complete with all fitting all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in renewal dead nut/Safety plug of brass as per sample suitable for Geyser of any capacity/make. All as specified and directed by Enge in charge.

Supply and fix in renewal inner tank of geyser capacity 25 ltr made out of 16 SWG sheet Steel suitable for Geyser of any type and make to match the existing size and shape of inner tank of Geyser installed at site. All as specified and directed by Enge in charge.

Supply and fix in renewal outer tank of geyser made out of GI sheet of existing gauge, shape including top and bottom cover plate complete suitable for inner tank 25 ltr capacity geyser of any make complete. All as specified and directed by Enge in charge.

Supply and fix in renwal hot & Cold water PVC connection of 15mm bore heavy duty, length upto 45cm with brass nut joints and washers at both ends complete. All as specified and directed by Enge in charge.
