Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with:-1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Foundations, footings, bases for columns

Providing & fixing wood work in frames of doors, windows & other frames, wrought framed & fixed in position KD wood incl carriages etc upto site of work complete).

Providing and fixing 35mm thick paneled or paneling and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows including I.S.I. Marked black enameled M.S. butt hinges with necessary screws excluding paneling, (which shall be paid for separately) KD wood.
