1 Tenderers are advised to visit the site of work with prior permission of Engineer-in-charge/authorised representative, to acquaint themselves with the nature and location of work before quoting tender. Tenderers shall visit the site of work, at their own cost. The request email for site visit may be sent well in advance (preferably three working days before) for preparation of visitor pass, fixing suitable & mutually agreed date & time for site visit. The email ID for site visit is mentioned in tender documents.
2 Penal recovery shall be made @ Rs.500/- per day/flat, if water taps/ bib cocks, flushes etc. are left open. In case of any further material loss due to this negligence in other flats, same will have to be borne by contractor.
3 The contractor shall arrange to provide the service on Saturday, Sunday and other holidays in case of emergency as required by Engineer in charge, failing which penal recovery shall be made, decision of Engineer in charge will be final.
4 All breakdown calls/complaints received during normal working hours should be attended to, at the shortest possible time.
5 The contractor shall provide a sleeveless Jacket to the workers in pattern, colour showing name of contractor with address and telephone number as approved by the Engineerin charge. All the workers must wear the same while on duty.
6 The contractor shall provide daily report stating the nature of complaints / work done to the Engineer in charge.
7 The contractor shall provide & maintain triplicate book for receiving the job complaint order from Engineer in charge daily in the approved format.
8 Every flat painting shall be completed within 10 days in all respect after the job is alloted by Engineer In Charge.
9 Penal recovery shall be made for delay in completion of work after 10 days. Penal recovery @ Rs.100/ day/ flat after10 days of time period, decision of Engineer-in-Charge shall be final.
10 No debris shall be left over during the repair works under each item on any day. An area for 'Debris bin' will be identified on the request of contractor for collection of debris generated on day to day basis. The debris from Debris Bin shall be cleared every month. The contractor must maintain adequate number of wheel barrows all the time for shifting the debris to Debris Bin.
11 Work to carried out at various locations i.e Zerlina, Purnima (Malbar Hill), Kenilworth (Peddar Road), Anand Bhavan at Bhulabhai Desai Road, Atomica (Worli), Mistry Nagar (Shivaji Park), Bandra DAE Quarters under LGR Maintenance Unit.
12 Contractor shall take contractor's all risk insurance policy in respect of entire scope of work for entire period of contract and submit copy of the same before commencement of the work. "If there is a gap in CAR insurance policy period a penalty of 1.5 times of the premium amount of original policy value shall be recovered, proportionately for the gap period"

111 Repairs to damaged RCC structural members at all locations/ floors using polymer modified cementatious mortar, for strengthening the existing RCC structural members using acrylic based polymer and comprising the following operations: 1. Breaking cracked / spalled concrete members along the cracks with plaster, including removing and stacking of all unserviceable material at site,simultaneous transportation and disposed at a location in Anushaktinagar as identified by EIC. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in Charge. 2. Exposing and cleaning the reinforcement thoroughly by light tapping / wire brushing of using strong emery paper and finally by acetone /rust remover of Dr. Fixit / Anuvi chemicals / Fosroc or other eqivalent. 3. Applying a coat of polymer and cement slurry in the ratio 1:1 by volume to the reinforcement bars. 4. Polymer required for the work shall be procured by the Agency from approved Manufacturers Like M/s Astra , M/s Anuvi, M/s Apcotex or other approved equivalent manufacturer confirming to technical requirements as below and the invoices/challans etc to be submitted to EIC for record. Appearance: Milky white Ph- value : 9-10 Specific gravity : 1.055+/-0.005 Solid contents(%w/w)-: 44+/-1 Viscocity at 25 degree C temperature (in sec): 15-20 Testing of the material as per relevant codes at NABL approved third party Lab. is to be done by the Agency for every batch/lot of supply. 5.
