Taking out old unserviceable HT UG cable of size 95sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil for laying/repair of cable all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick.

Removing excavated materials to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point.

Supply and spread fine river sand in trenches, as in cable cushioning all as directed. Note :- Punned thickness will be considered for payment.

Supplying & laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP,Type 1 with peak , size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm for protection all as specified and as directed.

Supply, lay, test and commissioning of HT UG cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire, armoured, heavy duty electric power cable, 11000 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 3 core 95 Sqmm ( Earthed) including takingout existing unserviceable cable all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hardstanding by trenchless technology using ultrasound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150mm dia suitable for 0.4mpa working pressure all as pecified and directed.

Supplying and jointing in repair straight through jointing kit (Heat shrinkable) with all accessories suitable for HT 11 KV XLPE earthed UG cable of size 3 core 95 sqmm aluminum conductor indoor/ outdoor type and testing complete all as directed by the engineer-in-charge. Supply and fix in repair Indoor type cable terminations (heat shrinkable) with all accessories suitable for 3 core 11KV HT U/G XLPE earthed cable of size 50 to 95 sqmm Sq.mm including testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Make - M-Seal/Denson/Raychem or equivalent.)

Supply and fix cable route indicator made out of 3 mm thick MS sheet of suitable size (As approved by Engr-in-charge) duly painted with two coats yellow paint over a coat of red oxide primer and writing cable direction, Nature of cable (i.e MAFI, MRS, Sub station etc.), size of cable (in SQMM), type of cable (HT/LT cable) with red paint, mounted on angle iron 40x40x3 mm, angle height 45 cm, (30cm below ground level) with PCC 20cmx20cmx15cm all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge.
