Routine and Maintenance of wharf at Mayabunder in North and Middle Andaman for the year 2025-26

Applying cardium compound on the wire rope/GI Chain of the fender etc., excluding cost of cardium compound but including cost of brush, all labour charges, minor tools, transportation charges of all materials to work site, scaffolding charges, labour welfare cess,GST etc. complete.

Painting two coats of superior quality black synthetic enamel paint on the surface of 10T bollard and numbering over the bollards with white paint as required, including cost of paint, brush, all labour charges, minor tools,transportation charges, labour welfare cess, GST etc., complete.

Fixing of Gaint tyre fenders on the berthing face of the jetty/wharf containing one tyre, including making holes, cutting, bending and fixing of GI nipple, GI flange, GI chain, GI D-Shaekle, wire rope, Wire grips etc., but excluding cost of Gaint tyre, GI nipple, GI Flange, GI chain, GI D-shackle, wire rope, wire grip which will be supplied free of cost from ALHW store at Sri Vijaya Puram but including cost of transportation charges of Gaint tyre fenders and other accessories from Sri Vijaya Puram to Mayabunder jetty, including cost of hire charges of welding machine, cost of electrodes, paking of empty gunny bags inside the tyre, scaffolding charges, transportation charges of all materials to work site, all labour charges, minor tools and plants, GST, Cess etc., complete.

Fixing of Mini Gaint tyre fenders on the berthing face of the jetty/wharf containing one tyre, including making holes, cuttings, bending and fixing of GI nipple, GI Flange, GI chain, GI D-shackle, wire rope, wire grip etc. , excluding cost of Gaint tyre, GI nipple, GI Flange, GI chain, GI D-shackle, wire rope, wire grip which will be supplied free of cost from ALHW store at Sri Vijaya Puram but including cost of transportation charges of Gaint tyre fenders and other accessories from Sri Vijaya Puram to Mayabunder jetty including cost of hire charges of welding machine, cost of electrodes, packing of gunny bags inside the tyre, scaffolding charges, transportation charges of all materials to work site, all labour charges, minor tools and plants, GST, Cess etc. complete.

Painting two coats with synthetic enamel paint approved quality over the MS Angle, Kerb walls and hand railing as directed by the EIC, including cost of all materilas like pain, brush, scaffolding charge, transportation charges of all materilas to work site, all labour charges, minor tools, GST, Cess etc., complete.

Lifting the Gaint/mini giant tyre from the berthing face of the wharf with the help of crane/fork lift for replacing GI nipple, GI flange, GI chain, GI D-Shaekle, wire rope, Wire grips etc., including conveying the giant/mini giant tyre from berthing face of wharf to working yard within a lead of 30 M etc., including cost of all labour charges and minor tools, GST, Cess etc., complete (But excluding hire charges of crane/fork lift which will be supplied free of hire charges with POL & operator)
