Maintenance of WBM road including filling up of pot holes ruts and rectifying corrugated surface damaged edge and reveling as per clause 1906 including all leads and lefts as per directions of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm (Zero point two five to Zero point three zero kilogram per Squre meter) on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals .

Providing and laying 30 mm (Thirty mimlmeter) thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 (seventy five) tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG10 (ten) / S-90 (ninety) @ 5.4 to 5.6 (five point four to five point six) percent of mix and filler,Zycotherm @ 1% by wight of bitumen. transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals .
