Providing chain-link mesh / Barbed wire Fencing with Pre-Cast poles for BTS Compound, at Tekulapally, Khammam OA of Bhadradri Kothagudem district (IV Call)

Supplying and fixing pre-cast reinforced cement concrete fencing post of size 150x100 mm and one end 100 x 100mm at the other end and of length 2.40m metres (using 4 mm dia MS steel bar) and fixing in excavated Pits of size 30cmx30cmx60cm and embedding the same with cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement:3 coarse sand:6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) of size 30x30x45 cm. The balance portion of the pit shall be refilled with excavated earth and neatly dressed. Rate is inclusive of labour, transportation, loading, unloading and all operations as mentioned above.

2). Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

a). All kinds of soil.

3). Filling with available (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.

4). Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

a). 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

b). 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

5). Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :

a). 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

6). Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement :

a). 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III)derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal sizederived from natural sources)

7). Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :

a). Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

b). Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts

8). Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.

a). Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

9). Smooth finishing of the exposed surface of R.C.C. work with 6 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 fine sand).

10). Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :

a). Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface).

11). Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :

a). Two or more coats on new work.

12). Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.

a). In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

13). Fencing with barbed wire on R.C.C. post placed at required distance, embedded in cement concrete blocks provided with horizontal lines of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 metres (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples on wooden plugs or G.I. binding wire tied to 6 mm bar nibs fixed while casting the post (cost of R.C.C. posts, struts, earth work and concrete to be paid for separately) :- Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used.

14). Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

15). Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
