Supplying of Octagonal GI Pole (Hot Dip Galvanized) of 3mm thickness min, 410mm base dia, 150mm tip dia, for 12 mtr length High Mast Pole with base plate 500mm x 500mm x 16mm with foundation Bolt 24mm dia x 600mm length x 4nos along with arrangement of winch with hand pulley system with suitable metallic rope / Metallic Ladder for maintenance purpose of Luminaries and PV system

Foundation Construction of RCC shallow foundation with base footing for erection of high mast Tower by earthwork in excavation of foundation trench approx 1.2m x 1.2m x 1.5m. Reinforced steel used in foundation 10mm tor both ways as per direction of EIC including removing spoils and necessary trimming the site of trench, leveling, dressing and bottom. After that picked jhama bricks soling and dressing bed leveling and filling joints. After that distribution rods proper size stirrups, binder etc. and vertically MS rods 12mm dia foundation of 8 nos and with two way strips 8mm dia tor @150mm C/c spacing including binding with 16SWG black annealed wire, steel shuttering and placement of not less than 5 nos (53mm dia x 1200 mm long) foundation bolt with anchor plate of strength and ready mix concrete of M25 grade with graded stone chips 20mm as per IS 1062 and IS 456 (Proportion 1:1:2) complete and water rigidity next 7 days considering the safe soil bearing Capacity of 10T/sqm.

Supplying of 200Wp Mono PERC PV module with IEC 61215, IEC 61730-1,2 compliance with any IS MNRE approved.

Supplying of 50W Luminaries comprising of:a) 50W LED with minimum colour temperature (CCT) 5500-6500K minimum luminous efficacy 150Lm/W (Philips/Osram/equivalent reputed make with BIS certification) 3600Lm.b) Charge controller with MPPT and efficiency 92% (with over charge, deep discharge, battery reverse polarity, load short circuit, open circuit, panel reverse polarity, and over temperature protection).c) Automatic dusk to dawn controlling system to monitor LED operation.d) With/Without Dimmer arrangement.

Supplying of 12.8V, 100Ah, LITHIUM FERRO PHOSPHATE (LiFePO4) Batteries having BIS certificate. The batteries should have a battery management system (BMS) with high life expectancy, longer cycle life, low discharge rate, and fast charging facilities. Battery should provide 12 Hrs battery backup. The battery must be provided with GI outdoor type battery box / Inbuilt in Luminaries.

Earthing with 50mm dia GI Pipe 3.64mm thick x 3.04 Mtr Long and 1x4SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4Mtr Long), 13mm dia x 80mm Long GI Bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S&F 15mm GI Pipe protection (1 Mtr Long) to be fitted with bitumen partly under the ground level & partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mtr below ground level & restoring surface duly rammed.
