Supply only alumina ferric (Grade-4) suitable for purification of drinking water solid water in the form of solid lumps / slabs from the manufacturer having valid BIS certificate as specified in table 1 of IS: 299-2012. Note: Each consignment of alum supplied by the contractor should have a marking indicating weight of slab and manufacturing date and be in proper packing. The alum supplied by the contractor shall be got tested by the department for each lot from Government Approved Lab. The charges for testing shall be borne by the contractor and cost of the same shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.The contractor shall deliver the material as per the site requirement and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only bleaching powder stable Gde-I conforming to IS specification 1665/89 (Second revision) miniumum available chlorine percentage lay mass 34%+1% in 25 kg polythene HDPE bags duly marked date of manufacturing and batch No. of fresh lot. Note : The bleaching powder supplied by the contractor shall be got tested by the department for each lot from Government Approved Lab. The charges for testing shall be borne by the contractor and cost of the same shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. The contractor shall deliver the material as per the site requirement and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up or down unserviceable, damaged CI/ DI/ GI/ MS water tubing including all CI fittings of size 100/ 150 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanised steel water tubing medium grade 150 mm bore with screwed and socketed joints with all fittings such as tees, elbows, sockets, bends, unions, short pieces etc laid in trenches / walls / floors, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling, disconnecting and decoupling of 100 HP Electric Motor complete from the installation/ pump house with the help of man power / chain pully block after making temporary arrangment for hanging of chain pully block, incl shifting of motor to civil work shop for rewinding of motor in existing wire guage and size of supper enamelled copper wire and cleaning of all the parts internally & externally and applying warnish on winding and providing heat treatment for winding or heating in oven at appropriate temperature as per manufacture design (or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge) incl replacement of bearing of suitable size, oil seal, packing kit etc and transportation from civil work shop to site for refixing, coupling, alignment of Motor with pump using steel/rubber coupling and testing of Motor complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of reduction gear rotor mechanism and replacement of aerator rotor mechanism shaft with MS framed work as per sample, replacement of rubber & steel coupling as per sample, dismantling and disconnecting 15 HP reduction gear set from the electric motor and re-assembling on existing foundation and complete with motor after repair/ overhauling including testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed.

Repair & maintenance of LT Pannel board indoor/ outdoor type comprising of MCCBs as in coming and outgoing with digital mettering and control wiring by disconnecting all incoming and out going connection, opening of LT cable incl refixing of cables after proper lugging and glands complete. Cleaning of all compartment from in side and out side including using anti rust spray and checking and repair of all controls, switches, meters. etc (if found diffective) and painting complete panel board with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red-oxide primer, after necessary scrapping and denting (Tint of paint colour shall be approved by GE). Refixing of panel board upon angle iron frame of size 50x50x6mm and embeded in PCC concrete of ratio (1:3:6) B2 type complete.

M&L for rubber sheet of thickness 3.5 mm with fabric backing or insert and plain coloured or marbled topping, matt or glossy, laid in floors with approved adhesive, complete all as specified and directed.
