Dismantling asbestos cement sheet corrugated /semi corrugated etc in roof covering including ridge complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of timber scantling over 40 sq cm in section and in any position unframed work complete all as directed.

Dismantling of wall, display board /ceiling boarding , pulp insulation etc or insulation board /slab/wool of any thickness, of any description fixed in any position with nails including cover filllets/aluminium snap grid all as directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but exclusing framed truss etc of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, concrete surfaces etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement /cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for brickwork with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in Cement Mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surface of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not other wise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on brick masonry or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (i.e. 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:6 and 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4) on brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, chajjas, slab projection, facia etc and finished fair and even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Finishing layer shall be mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions. (ii) WPC to be measured and paid separately.

Supply only approved integral water proofing compound.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of chalk whitening as preparatory to distempering on surface of walls all as specified.

Material and labour for applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer over newly plastered surface of walls including preparation surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Note : - The quoted rate shall be inclusive of necessary scaffolding and safety measures.

Fixing only 6 mm thick asbestos cement sheet corrugated /semi corrugated etc in roof covering , walls etc and fixed with 'L' type or 'J' type or cranked hook bolts complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing 6 mm thick asbestos cement sheet corrugated /semi corrugated etc in roof covering , walls etc and fixed with 'L' type or 'J' type or cranked hook bolts complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing 6 mm thick asbestos cement sheet two piece, adjustable serrated ridges for corrugated sheets etc in roof covering , walls etc and fixed with 'L' type or 'J' type or cranked hook bolts complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Charminar /Everest

Supply and fix steel work in tubular trusses/purlins/post/rafters including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes, MS plates od required thickness and mild steel screw bolts (machine made) conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St-240 all as specified and directed.

Material and labour second class hard wood timber scantling as in clean swan of required size complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings in fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins, etc. under 40 sq. cm in section un-framed work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix 4 mm thick non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid/inserted to timber/GI/aluminium frame work with screws complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 3 mm thick cover fillets of standard hard board, 40 mm wide and fixing with srews complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only axel/anchorage pipe of 40 mm dia mild steel black pipe heavy duty garde cut to size for full length (single piece) complete all as diretced.

Supply only rolling hood cover 1.00 mm thcik nild steel sheetr bend to shape cut to length with a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as diretced.

Supply only ball bearing heavy duty suitable for 40 mm bore mild steel axel/anchorage rod roller No. 3206 or equivalent to suit proper functioning of roller sutter complete all as diretced.

Supply only wire spring of roller shutter, 90 mm diameter and 450 mm long, standard quality with mild steel wire not less than 8 mm diameter complete all as diretced.

Supply only mild steel pulley 40 mm dia of approved makessuitable for existing roller shutters as site complete all as diretced.

Supply only lever gear box with crank handle and gear asssembly 11 inch size complete all as diretced.

Supply and fix in repairs 1.25 mm thick steel rolling shutters, without ball bearing as specified including top cover , anchorage rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in position as directed , complete gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle complete all as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs rolling shutter profile locking both section formed from cold rolled sheet strip of 1.25 mm thick single peace cut to length rebated with mild steel clips secured either ends minimum width of profile 75 mm and including applying a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as directed.

Taking down steel rolling shutters of size as mentioned below of any description and refixing the same after carrying out repairs, oiling and greasing including replacing spare parts such as like bearing , tension spring/gear operated lever, hood cover, welding etc. complete all as directed for the following sizes :- Note : Supply of spare parts like bearing , tension spring/gear operated lever, hood cover and shaft will be measured and paid separately as upply only under the relevant item of Schedule 'A'..

Area of shutter exceeding 7.20 sqm but not exceeding 15.00 sqm

Area of shutter exceeding 15.00 sqm but not exceeding 22.00 Sqm

Material and labour for mild steel miscellaneous work as in old existing steel door such as replacement of broken hinges, clamps etc refixing of shutters in same or other opening alongwith all required greasing, cleaning complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Taking down and refixing of double leaf shutter with above fitting count as one Job.

Material and labour for boulder pitching , grouted with cement and sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 32 above herein before but except stone.

Taking down of shutters of any discription of area exc 2 sq. m each complete all as specifed and as directed.

Supply and fix 2nd class hardwood 45 mm thick Framed, ledged braced and battened shutters, supplied and fitted to chowkats

Supply and Fix 300 mm long mild steel tee hinges, stove enamelled black, medium type, and fixed complete all specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix Cast iron or malleable cast iron handles, cast type, stove enamelled black of size 150 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for 375 mm long Mild steel sliding door bolts, plate type, stove enamelled black, with bright bolt not less than 12mm dia with and including a minimum of 6 bolts and nuts, four on bolt plate and two on staple plate complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 39 above herein before but except stone.

Material and labour for raised pointing to random rubble masonary built in cement mortar 1:4 including racking outjoints in existing stone masonary complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall including taking down old pipe all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B0 using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate in copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed

Material & labour for PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet of 0.5 mm thick of any colour having tensile strngth 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet of 0.5 mm thick of any colour having tensile strngth 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for 0.56 mm thick Plain, Aluminium sheeting, Alloy 31000 H4 in ridges, hips, valley gutter, drip and straight flashing (length and girth as fixed) complete all as specified and directed.

Note : The amount against Schedule of Credit on Page No. 28 shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A' while deriving lum Sum for Acceptance.
