M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base etc including demolition of Cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving n exc 15cm thicknes below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 60mm (coloured) machine pressed rubber moulded precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape and size having double glossy finish top layer with in colour (Red/yellow) M-35 Grade grey cement and pigment laid dry including dismantling of existing paver blocks complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for (coloured) machine pressed rubber moulded precast concrete interlocking (red/yellow) paver block of any shape and size laid dry and pointed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete chequered tiles (coloured) PU moulded of size 30cmx30cmx20mm thick, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and no pigment laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) and including demolition of existing tiles including bedding etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for sand filling under paver blocks/floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in coping/ bed of drains including demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving n exc 15cm thicknes below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L of precast concrete footpath block having 40 mm thickness made of high performance fiber reinforced concrete, shapes shall be irregular like to be oval with minimum curvature radius of 3 inches (overall size shall vary between 15”x15” to 24”x 24” as required & concrete mix shall be dense with surface voids <5%.composite fibres >1% by weight of cement to be use), laid over & including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, gaps between stones to be filled with PCC (1:2:4, type B0) mix embedded with white marble chips, blocks cured under controlled factory conditions through steam curing, all manufacturing process must comply with BIS, JIS and ISO-9001 standards, the curing process must be maintained using RO water and chiller plants for quality assurance including taking out existing chequired tiles etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge (Rate of screed bed, PCC 1:2:4 included in unit quoted rate and nothing extra will be paid to contractor). NOTE - (i) Contractor to get the approval of precast factory within 15 days of commencement of work and all precast item will be supplied from single OEM to ensure quality. (ii) Contractor shall upload MoU with precast fabricated manufacturer meeting all the condition and specification mentioned in CA during the time of bidding. (iii) Prior technical evaluation, rep of GE (West) Lucknow will visit to precast factory to verify eligibility criteria of Precast factory of uploaded MOU by bidder. If precast factory given in MOU will not meet eligibility criteria of Precast factory as given in MOU shall be liable to be rejected. (iv) The contractor is advised to quote their rates as per MOU accordingly.

Dismantling of existing RCC / Steel / Wooden posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section embedded in concrete, brick work, masonry etc including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling existing barbed wire/plain wire/ chain link fencing any type from RCC/Steel/Wooden posts etc complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in post holes not exceeding 0.50cum getting out in hard/dense soil, returning,filling in layers not exceeding 25cm and making good surfaces complete all as specified and directed
