P/F of ist quality ceramic glazed tiles conforming to IS:13753 of minimum thickness of 5mm of approved make in all colour shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by the engineer incharge in skirting risers of steps dados floor walls, etc over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3(1 cement : 3 coarse sand) & jointing with grey cement slurry (3.3 kg/sqm) including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing/fixing of wooden ornamental hand rail of approved make (D-shaped ) of 4"x4" kail wooden fixed with nails etc

Rectification of damaged deodar / wallnut wooden flooring of stage in Auditorium by way of providing new pieces as per existing pattern 25-mm thick.

Wall painting with plastic emulsion with roller of approved brand and manufacture vto give an even shade one or more coats on old work.

Providing/fixing of (Pergo flooring) of approved patterns and design 8-mm thick including cost of 6 mm thick thermocol foam underneath/ 25 mm thick cornice with fixing adhesive etc. complete in all respects including removal old damaged existing flooring.

Painting two or more coats with synthetic enamel paint of approve brand and quality complete.

Painting with texture plastic emulsion base coat of cement primer finishing coat with water based plastic emulsion (Honney roller) including removal of old base to make the surface smooth as per colour combination on site complete job (with compressor).
