M & L for preparation of plastered or unplastered of old surface of walls including cornices etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soots, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, treading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of cement base paint, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs for 90 degree corner beading upto 40 mm width, any colour to fix at junction of wall and ceiling including connected components if any as per manufactureres instruction complete

Supplying and fixing in Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work with 20X25 mm 'T' and 20X20mm 'L' section with grid size of 605X605mm including with necessary 3.15 mm GI wire as in suspenders etc complete as specified and directed by EIC

S&F in 4mm thick, designer, non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium framework with screws, complete all as specified. Make:- Everest or equivalent.

Providing and fixing gypsum Board 12mm thick (as per sample kept in GE office) in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufactures instructions. Complete all as specified.

S&F GI frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimetre channel 0.55mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screw at 450mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45mm suspended from soffit at approx 900mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2m length) of 0.55mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457mm centre to centre.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection finished even & fair complete all as specified and directed. (including demolition & removing of old)

M & L for cutting out cracks & filling joints solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry fine aggregate in 1:1 ( by weight) complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for prepration of old painted steel surface of any descripion exc 10 cm girth or width for one coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in repairs venetian blinds, vertical type, 100 mm slot width of approved fabric and powder coated aluminium top railsetc complete all as specified, including dismantlilng old damaged one completecomplete all as specified and as directed. Note:The colour, design and shade shall be as approved by GE.
