REPAIR / MAINT / UPKEEP OF WATER SUPPLY INSTALLATIONS UNDER ZONE C AREA AT NDA KHADAKWASLA

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete Type D2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain Cement Concrete Type B0 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) in roof kerbs, rounded or chamfered on haunching in chajjas to prevent water seepage into brick walls, including necessary formwork (upto height of 8 mtr) rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (20mm graded aggregate) as in coping to parapet wall/kerbs in roof with projection of 50mm from the outer surface with a groove of 12 mm x 12mm as drip course in bottom side including necessary form work etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), of size 300mm x 100mm x 200mm and setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate)as in hard standing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified.

M&L for Non-Shrink-Polymeric waterproof grouting compound mixed with neat cement slurry (mixing of ratio as per manufacturers instruction) be injected through the nozzles under pressure not exc 2Kg/Sqm to ensure that the grouts runs through all pores and cracks in the concrete there by sealing them after injections is over the nozzles be sealed off the CICO Supaplast and applying two coats of a polymer modified cementitious slurry upto 300mm from vertical and horizontal edges of crack (such as Tape-Crete or equivalent) be applied over the surface of walls/floors.Cracks to be cleaned and removing loose old concrete surfaces filled with filler material before epoxy grouting etc all as per manufacturers instruction and specification complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Work to be executed in patches at deteriorated portion, The rate quoted inclusive of work in patch manner). (ii) The cost of Scaffolding and necessary precautions equipment for height of bldgt upto 30.00 mtr required are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor.(iii)Work to be executed for water retaining structure(water filtration bed,Underground sump for ground floor and over tank height up to 30.00mtr etc.

M&L for removing loose, disturbed or disintegrated old concrete surfaces of RCC beam, column, lintel, pardi, railing etc, cleaning thoroughly exposed reinforcement, by sand blasting using suitable pump as directed by the GE, preparing exposed concrete surfaces to receive guniting, applying one coat of anti corrosive paint to the exposed reinforcement, supply and fix welded wire mesh of size 100 x 100 mm of 3 mm dia wire, weight not less than 1.37 Kg/Sqm & binding with 22 guage mild steel (annealed) binding wire to reinforcement and applying pressure guniting in cement mortar (1:3), average 30mm to 50mm thickness and thereafter rendering 10 mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:3), mixed with water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement to match with the existing surfaces, removing the debris outside MD land including material and labour for necessary scaffolding and safety arrangement for guniting work, complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- (i) Work to be executed in patches at deteriorated portion, The rate quoted inclusive of work in patch manner). (ii) The cost of Scaffolding and necessary precautions equipment for over head tank height upto 30.00 mtr required are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor. (iii) Work to be executed for water retaining structure (water Filtration bed,Underground sump for ground floor and over tank height upto 30.00 mtre etc. (iv) The finish of the surfaces to be matched with the existing surface. WPC shall be measured & paid separately as supply only).

M&L for Walling of squared rubble, regular coursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for second class hard wood in scantlings, truss with glue pinned at joints and fixed in repairs to replace old and decayed timber ( including piecing, scarfing etc., of old and new timbers if required) complete all as specified and directed.
