Dismantling of AC (corrugated / semi-corrugated) sheets in roof covering including any type of ridges complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre painted galvalum corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick having aluminum zinc coating 150 gsm/sqm of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in Roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre painted galvalum plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick having aluminum zinc coating 150 gsm/sqm of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in Roof covering/cladding (ridge) to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, confirming to Fe-290 (Gde E165) cleats etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position (un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thick (below or above GL) complete all as specified and directed. Note: Demolished material through out of MoD Land rate included above item.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing, over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6 ) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab 20 - 25 mm thick as in riser / steps, skirting, dado,cills and pillars laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match with the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old steel surface of any description exc. 10cm width or girth and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling of any description and in any position including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles, joint free, coloured tiles 7mm to 8 mm thick (Square or rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc set over and including 15 mm thick cement screed in (1:6) CM set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tiles complete all as specified and directed.
