Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters ( without taking off shutters from the frame) exc 1.5 sqm but n.exc 4 sqm each and removing to store. complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 1 but n'exc 1.5 Sqm each. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutter of any description exc. 1 sqm but not exc 2 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall/ ceiling boards(fibre pulp insulation etc.) or insulations boards /slabs/blankets any thickness incl. cover fillets and alum snip grid. complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Anodised Alu. Snap grid 605x605 mm frame wk for false ceiling and providing 9mm th Acoustical board/tiles for insula-tion and accoustic purposes, 60x60 cm in size, fixed in celing with screws to frame work or with staples on snap grid including hangers 3 mm dia G.I. ( up to 1200 mm length ) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40 X 3 mm size 60 mm long complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for false ceiling with 10mm thick of panel size 600mm x 900mm plaster of paris sheets fixed with machine screws on GI channel 18 gauge thick, grid work main joists placed at 750mm centres, secondary joists placed at 450mm centres, GI angle suspenders from roof and treating the plaster of paris sheets with thin layer of pop with Gypsum binder, sanding the surfaces till smooth surface is obtained including preparation of surface and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer all as specified and as directed.Make: Gyproc or Equivalent

M and L for 10 mm thick Polypan PS 20010 Prelam PVC (hallow profile) sheets used for fixing on wall Lining and PVC false ceiling inclusive of necessary fixing as directed by manufacturer and engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repair for aluminium powder coated partition using ‘Jindal’ aluminium SP/ DP section or equivalent make as specified with 5mm thick tinted glass, PVC rubber beading,12mm thick prelaminated particle board fixed with glazing clips etc complete all as specified and as directed. Sections : SP (Single partition) - 20033, DP (Double partition) - 20034,Glazing clips - 4407

Supply & Fixing PVC door frame (50x47) mm made out of plain colour 5 mm thich PVC Sheet reinforced with MS Square Tube, supplying & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 30 mm thick factory made solid panel PVC door shutter ( Style ) consisting of frame made out of MS Tubes for top & bottom rails.MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ' C 'Channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC Sheets for top rail , lock rail & bottomrail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; panelling of plain colour PVC Sheet to be fitted in the MS Frame welded / sealed to stiles & rails with suitable PVC Sheet beading, jointed together with solvent cement,supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing. complete all as specified and directed.
