M&L for complete removal of existing surface treatment by scrapping/sanding with mechanical wall sander having in-built vacuum mechanism, RPM not less than 1500, using 7"/9" dia sanding pad with 80 grit, to make the surface free from dust, loose paint, etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for single component polymer modified repair mortar (compressive strength min 38 MPa at 28 days as per ASTM C109:99 and tensile strength min 2.5 MPa as per ASTM C307) applied up to 15 mm thickness in single coat @ 34 kg per sqm (for 15 mm thickness), including all preparation and finishing, complete as per manufacturer’s instructions and as directed.

M&L for waterproof cement-based putty @ 1.0 kg (undiluted) per sqm for average 1 mm thickness over plastered/old painted wall after scrapping, to obtain even and smooth surface, including sanding/finishing of putty surface with mechanical wall sander having in-built vacuum mechanism, RPM not less than 1500, using sanding pad 240 grit or higher, to make surface free from dust etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for one coat acrylic water based interior grade primer @ 0.8 litre (undiluted) per 10 sqm, diluted with water in 1:1 ratio, applied by fully automatic airless spray machine having minimum flow rate 1 litre/minute and working pressure 3300 PSI, including surface preparation and allowing 6–8 hours drying time before subsequent coats, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats oil bound distemper using airless spray technology (max working pressure 3300 PSI) capable of operating single spray gun with max material hose length 30 m, spray machine of reputed manufacturer with pro-guard technology / pressure tracking and paint usage tracking, certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS, including all necessary accessories for spraying in hard-to-reach areas and proper penetration, including scaffolding/trestles/ladders, and cleaning of splashes from furniture, floors, doors/windows, upto two/three storey buildings, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces (plastered/unplastered) of walls and applying one coat oil bound distemper, including filling holes/depressions with wall care putty, and application by airless spray technology (max working pressure 3300 PSI) capable of operating single spray gun with max material hose length 30 m, spray machine of reputed make with pro-guard technology / pressure and paint usage tracking, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats smooth interior acrylic emulsion with rich matt finish, VOC less than 50 g/litre complying LEEDS/LEED criteria, @ 1.0 litre (undiluted) per 10 sqm diluted with water in 2:1 ratio, applied over priming coat by fully automatic airless spray machine having minimum flow rate 1 litre/minute and working pressure 3300 PSI, allowing 6–8 hours drying time between coats, complete as per manufacturer’s instructions and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls/ceiling/chajjas and applying two coats oil bound distemper using airless spray technology (max working pressure 3300 PSI) capable of operating single spray gun with max material hose length 30 m, spray machine of reputed manufacturer with pro-guard technology / pressure and paint usage tracking, certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS, including all necessary scaffolding and cleaning, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces (plastered/unplastered) of walls, filling holes and depressions with waterproof cement based putty over plastered/old painted wall, and applying one coat of water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive and colour stay technology, excellent dirt pick-up resistance, low VOC less than 50 g/litre (as per LEEDS/LEED requirements mentioned), anti-algal properties, complete as per manufacturer’s instructions and as directed.
