Taking down/out unserviceable UG Cables of any Cross Sectional Area and Connections including Pipes, Bricks, etc. of any descriptions, laying in Trenches and/or fixing with Walls/Poles including Segregating of Serviceable Materials viz Bricks, Pipes, etc. and keep in Safe custody for re-use, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay in trenches/fixed to walls/poles etc connecting buy using lugs, nut bolts and commissioning XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed heavy duty LT 1100 Volts grade armoured under ground cable with aluminium conductor of 2 Core 10 Sqmm complete all as directed. Make : Havells/Finolex/POLYCAB/KEI/Gloster Note :- Earth work excavation, sand cushioning and brick protection shall be measured and paid separately.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr in deep and getting out in Hard/Dense soil laying of cables etc.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick using excavated soil

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5mtr above from the starting point

M&L for brick protection cover of old size bricks common burnt clay building bricks sub class ’B’ of size 220 X 110 X 70 mm laid dry and flat abutting each other with width equal to length of brick and gap between adjacent bricks not exceeding 10 mm complete all as specified.

Spreading riddled earth (after preparation of excavated earth) in Cable duct for cushioning of cable laid in trenches complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Punned thickness 18 CM (6.25 Cm below cale and 11.75 cm above cale) will be measured for payment purpose. The earth removed during excavation to be used as rddled earth after crushing and sieving. Quoted rate inclusive of all arrangement as mentioned.

Laying only old Brick in trenches for Under Ground Cable Protection (Serviceable Materials obtained from Item No. 1 here-in-before), complete all as directed.

S&F galvasised steel strip 32X6 mm with saddles and fixing screws on poreceling insulator/ spacer fixed at every 1 mtr length as lightening conductor on roof/wall of explosive building and joining the same with existing earth test point all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Advance Maintenance Free G.I. SAFE EARTHING Electrode with PIPE of not less than 50 mm outer dia) and two meter length, The electrode should be of galvinised (80 -100 micron) along with earth lead as Galvanised steel strip of size 32 X6 mm 7.5 m . The GI Electrode shall be pre-filled with Cristaline Conductive Material (CCM) .
