Attending repair works to Grab Bucket lying at ALHW Central Store Complex at Sri Vijaya Puram, A and N Islands.

Attending necessary repairs required in all respect to Grab Bucket (One number) available with Central Store, Sri Vijaya Puram and made fully operational condition, including cost of fabrication of various component such as bucket shell, brackets in original shape and size and repairing/ replacing of all fittings arrangement, all Lathe work for making of pivot pins and collars with respect to required numbers and sizes etc, as per the direction of E I C and actual requirement at site, the work including cutting and welding of steel strucutres for fabrications work by using various sizes of steel sections such M.S Plates / M.S.Angles of required sizes and thickness etc. replacing /renewing of all wire ropes, hoist lines, closing lines and lower and upper sheave blocks and sheaves, pins and major components required, wire grips as per the instructions of EIC, including cost of all required materials, all steel sections, lathe works, transportation and labours charges. Removing all the dust and scales from the old/newly fabricated steel sections and applying one coat of zinc chromate primer of approved quality and two coats of marine quality paint. The rate is including cost of all materials required such as Wire ropes, Sheaves, wire grips of suitable sizes, different sizes of steel sections, all labour charges, gas, carbide, welding rods (IRS Approved Brand), tools and plants, hire charges of welding sets, gas plants, cost of primer and marine paint, brush and other consumables required if any, GST etc., complete.
