Supply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning: The bidder shall be responsible for the supply, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of the workstations at various locations of Tata Memorial Centre (TMC) as mention in NIT.
System Integrator Experience: The bidder shall be an established System Integrator with demonstrated experience in supply, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of medical diagnostic/radiology reporting workstations
Bidder Responsibility – Solution Compatibility & System Integration: The bidder shall be solely responsible for ensuring end-to-end compatibility, interoperability, installation, commissioning, performance, and successful operation of all supplied components, including but not limited to the workstation hardware, operating system, medical diagnostic display(s), medical graphics/display controller, device drivers, calibration software, CLUT (Color Lookup Table) implementation, image presentation pipeline, and quality assurance/quality control software. The bidder shall ensure that the complete solution functions as an integrated diagnostic reporting platform without compatibility, performance, or image-quality issues, irrespective of the number of OEMs involved.
OEM Compatibility and Authorization: The bidder shall submit a valid Manufacturer's Authorization Certificate (MAF) from the OEM(s) of the offered diagnostic display system and/or medical graphics controller. The bidder shall also furnish an OEM-issued compatibility declaration, certification, or validation letter confirming compatibility of the offered workstation platform, operating system, graphics controller, display drivers, and diagnostic display system for the intended medical imaging application.
Service Engineer: The bidder shall maintain a minimum of two trained service engineers in India capable of providing Level-1 and Level-2 technical support for the offered product.
OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Responsibility: i) OEM refers to the original manufacturer of the offered equipment or subsystem. The OEM shall provide design, manufacturing, firmware, device drivers, quality assurance, warranty, lifecycle support, spare parts availability, and technical support for its respective product(s). ii) Nothing contained herein shall relieve the bidder of its overall contractual responsibility towards TMC for the successful supply, integration, performance, warranty support, and operation of the complete solution. iii) The OEM shall ensure availability of spare parts and technical support for a minimum of seven (7) years from the date of supply.

Display system must support viewing of All Radiology Modalities except Mammography with required compliance & without compromise in Diagnostic quality
Display Manufacturer (OEM) must have office in India for least 10 years or more
If supplied through Reseller chanel then reseller also should have team of least 2 engineers who can handle local L1/L2 issues. Resller must have authorization form OEM currently active for next 3 years
Main 6MP Display Panel must be certfied for Diagnostics Radiology image viewing.
Diagnostic Workflow & Quality Assurance Features • The offered diagnostic display shall be supplied with OEM-developed DICOM Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) software capable of automated display calibration, continuous quality assurance, performance verification, compliance reporting, and centralized fleet management. • The display shall incorporate advanced OEM-native diagnostic workflow features including automatic image dimming (DimView), SpotView for localized brightness enhancement and magnification, and advanced diagnostic image zoom and magnification tools to improve visualization, diagnostic confidence, and reporting efficiency. All such features shall be integrated into the OEM display solution and shall not require any third-party software or utilities.
Integrated Automatic Display Quality Assurance Sensor: The offered diagnostic display shall incorporate a permanently integrated front-of-screen photometric sensor capable of continuous, real-time monitoring of display luminance during normal operation. The sensor shall automatically detect and compensate for luminance drift and panel ageing, maintain DICOM GSDF calibration throughout the operational life of the display, and perform these functions without requiring any manual intervention, user initiation, external calibration device, or interruption to routine clinical workflow. The display shall support automated calibration verification, quality assurance, compliance reporting, and centralized fleet management through the OEM's enterprise quality assurance software.
