Material and labour for use and waste of formwork to soffits of suspended slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200 mm thick ( Horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixed Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L broken stone Hardcore of gauge exc. 63 mm but n exc 100 mm, deposited , spread and levelled in layer n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete ( unreinforced ) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thick above or below ground level including removing demolished material from work site at any distance complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour glazed ceramic coloured (Printed) tiles, 300 mm x 200 mm x 7mm thick, in dado/skirting and vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement to match including rendering 10 mm thick in cement morter 1:4 for laying tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. ( Note: Rendering shall also deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor.)

Material and labour for Non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm but nexc 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match etc over and including screed bed or bedding layer 15 mm thick in cement morter 1:6 for laying tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. ( Note: Screed bed shall also deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor.)

( Note: Screed bed shall also deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor.)
