Charges for Cleaning the surface of entire inner side cooling water pump -3A Discharge pipe line surface area by grid blasting, applying a coat of zinc rich primer and brushable ceramic epoxy material to an 3000microns including the cost of materials, consumables & T&P's. etc This work involves manually cleaning the inner surface of pipe lines, grid blasting, applying a brushable coat of primer, mixing, applying brushable ceramic epoxy material and conducting thickness survey on the brushable ceramic epoxy material. The necessary material will be supplied by TNPGCL at free of cost

Attending welding Works in 1600 pipe line by M.S welding including cutting the plates, grinding, forming to required shape, preparing the welding surface and welding with lead time (1 patch is 150 mm * 150 mm * 8-10 mm thick) including the cost of consumables and T&P’s.
