Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sq.m on plan) including disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m disposed earth to be leveled and neatly dressed including providing barricading, danger lighting guarding as directed in : a) All Kinds of Soil

Refilling the pipeline/foundation trenches, plinth sides, foundation, etc.with available excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth consolidating each layer by ramming and watering lead upto 50m and all lifts and disposal of surplus earth as directed.

Supplying and filling approved earth / hard soil obtained from contractor's identified source inclusive of obtaining all requisites statuatory approvals & observing all the security measures, with all lead and lifts, transporting to site, spreading, grading the earth/hard soil in layers not exceeding 250 mm loose layers, breaking clods & compacting including watering each layer to bring it upto to optimum moisture content followed by rolling with 8-10 MT roller and every third as well as topmost layer by mechanical vibratory roller to attain dry field density not less than 95% of maximum dry density (Procter Test). (Refer detailed specifications enclosed. The cost of the tests, determination of settlement of natural ground by approved method and cost towards obtaining statutory approvals for cutting/borrowing the earth shall be borne by the contractor)

Spreading the earth/hard soil in layers not exceeding 250 mm in depth breaking clods, watering rolling each layer with half ton roller or wooden or steel hammers and rolling every third and topmost layer with power roller of minimum 8 tonne and dressing up in embankment for roads, flood banks, marginal and guide banks and filling up of ground dressing etc. complete.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggrt. 20 mm. nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing in - all works upto plinth level

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of forms for a) foundation, footings, bases of columns etc.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of forms for b) Vertical surfaces such as retaining walls, return walls, Partitions, walls (any thickness) including attached Pilasters, Buttresses, Plinth and string courses, Fillets and the like

Providing TMT steel reinforcement bars of SAIL, TATA. VIZAG, JSW make only (Confirming to IS 1786 of 1986) for RCC work (conforming to I.S. 1786 of 1986) including bending, binding & placing in position in all the floors along with the factory made precast concrete cover blocks of specified sizes whose compressive strength is not less than that of surrounding concrete in the structural member.

Providing and laying in position machine batched concrete (BMC), machine mixed and machine vibrated design mix cement concrete of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work including pumping of concrete to the site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing the strength and durability as per the direction of the Engineer. M30 grade of reinforced cement conrete by using 420 kg of cement per cu.m. of concrete. All works at all floor levels. NOTE:- 1.Only digital weigh batcher to be used in case of batching at site.

Providing and fixing weepholes with rigid PVC make laid in position with a required slope and level while laying pipes of approved the concrete of retaining wall,wing wall and earth retainig structure complete as directed by the Engineer in charge - 110mm dia

Providing and laying filter media with Granular materials crushed stone Aggregates satisfying the rerquirement As Per Clause 2504.2.2 of MOSRT & H Specification to a thickness of 500 mm laid horizontally in layers of 250mm thick and compacted to firm condition etc. complete as direction by Engineer-in-charge.
