S/R TO PWD ROAD TO GANESHPUR CH.0/000 TO 1/200 KM

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting , grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness.

Flank dressing to proper camber etc complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Cleaning the existing granular base/B.T. surface including removal of binding materials and other foreign materials with wire brushes etc. complete

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including pre mixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in subbase/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per Clause 406 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision). and as per the direction of EIC.

Providing and applying Tack Coat with 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per Clause 503 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)

Providing and laying semi-dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing and average 75 tone per Hour using crushed bitumen per 10 sqm including hire and running charges of PRR, bitumen mixture, tar boiler etc including all cost, carriage, royality of chips and bitumen etc.(With H.M.plant)

Construction of embankment with materials obtained from borrowpits with all lead spreading , grading to required slope and compacting to meet the required table 300-2 not exceeding 250 mm and compaction with plate compactor or power rammer to restore the original alignment, level and slopes as per drawings and MORD technical specifications Clause 1902 by manual means as per direction of the Engineer in charge bitumen per 10 sqm including hire and running charges of PRR, bitumen mixture, tar boiler etc including all cost, carriage, royality of chips and bitumen etc.(With H.M.plant)
