SPL REPAIR TO INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL ROAD IN THE AREA OF AGE B/R-IV AT MEERUT UNDER GE (SOUTH) MEERUT

Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting arounds edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) making good by applying tack coat at 5 kg per 10 sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rommed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chipping, 6.3 mm size and again will rammed (including supply or premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of potholes exc 30mm rolled and compacted complete all as specified and directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam surface in area not exc. 400 sqm (exc 50mm but n.exc. 100mm deep).

M & L 150mm thick (in two layers) of 7.5cm thick) (completed thickness) WBM, with limestone sand stone Flint or Quartzite Coorese aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled & consolidated to gradient materials & camber required complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto al as item No 3 above but except material

M & L for preparation of newly WBM surfaces of roads by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying by providing evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer (VG-10) viscosity grade @ 10 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing surfaces of existing bakck top surface of road with brushes for removing caked mud etc and sweeping with brooms and finally fanning to clear the surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer (VG-10) viscosity grade @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic 30mm thick (consolidated thickness) stone chippings mixed with 5.5% of binder contents paving bitumen (VG-10 viscosity grade mixed in hot mix plant, transported to site on tippers and laid with mechanical paver and rolled to uniform smooth surface with 8 to 10 tonne power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for premix bituminous macadam mixed with paving bitumen 4% (by weight of total mix) binder content (VG-10) viscosity grade any penitration laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness n.exc 75mm) with 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cleaning the road surface of dirt, oil/ grease spots and foreign materials etc and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retro reflective) of white colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe glass beads dispenser propane tank heater and profile shoe heater driven by operator on road surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Make- Sunrise (Slite 2310), Kateline Traffix or Equivent.

S & F cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instruction including taking down old existing cat eye.

S & F metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 completed all as specified and directed including taking down old existing delineator.

S & F for convex mirror round in shape of size 1000mm dia with stainless steel post and PVC beading of suitable height embedded to earth by making a hole of size 600 x 600 x 600mm and filled by PCC (1:2:4) type B1 completed all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make 3M or ISI Equivelent, including taking down old existing mirrors.

M & L in repairs manufacturing, supplying and fixing retroreflective regulatory sign board of size 900mm dia meter made out of 2mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated lens type retro reflective sheeting as pproved by Engr-in-Charge. Letter, Symbols, borders etc, will be as per IRC-67 with required colour scheme on the boards and with the high intensity grade A.

S & F in repairs yellow and black plastic speed bump made up of ABS materials to highly reflective reflector moulded in EMMA material welded with ABS base plate through ultrasonic welding processes of size 350mm length and width of 263mm with working width of 250mm, height 53mm and weight appx 1200 gram.
