Repairing of 150H.P. FASD Starter-1 No. MN Type suitable for operating of 100 HP pump set with following works:- (i) Changing MNX-140 Delta contactor 2NO+2NC-1 set. (ii) MNX 140 spare coil/240 volt-1 No. (iii) MNX 140 spare contact AC supply kit- 01 No. (iv) Over load relay as per sample- 01 No. (v) Push buttons On-Off (NO-NC) with wiring work- 02 Nos. (vi) Timer ST100 (03-30 sec.) L&T Make -01 no. (vii) Electrician & Labour charges for wiring checking changing & fitting of items etc. all complete.

Cost towards repairing, servicing and overhauling of 20 H. P. HSC C/F Pump set having 1450 rpm, head 36 mtrs, discharge 20000 GPH, CI make double impeller ,Pump make Kirloskar with following works:- i. Opening, dismantling & cleaning of the pump. ii. Making, turning & finishing and fitting S.S. pump shaft-01 No. as per sample with threading, key slot making grooving etc. all complete job.-01 No. iii. S.S. shaft sleeve-02 Nos. as per sample. iv. Ball bearing -6306 (SKF/NBC make)-02 Nos. v. Check nut-02 Nos. vi. Bearing housing re-metalling, turning & finishing as per sample and suitable for bearing.-02 Nos. vii. Making & fitting of Neckring-02 Nos. viii. S.S. bush as per sample-02 Nos. ix. Tyre Coupling set with lathe work-01 set x. Transportation charge from p/plant to work shop & back to same after repairing at worshop-01 job. xi. Complete re-assembling and overhauling of Pump, installing at site with all labour, tools & tackles and Testing on full load with transportation charge up & down etc. including the deduction of scrap materials all complete at clear water P/Plant Basukinath.

Cost towards dismantling of old Foundation bolt with base plate with help of breakers and removing the residuals out of the pumping plant and Making of New PCC foundation 4’x3’x2.5’ size & M.S. joint 4″×6″-2 nos. with supplying all mortar materials as sand, cement, stone chips & foundation bolts- 6 Nos. with all labour tools, tackles as per P.W.D. Specification (1:2:4) etc. all complete.

Cost towards Resetting of base plate by supplying of new MS base plate as per sample in place of damaged base plate for 30 H.P c/f Pump set, pump and motor refitting & alignment, leveling etc., cutting and welding of pipe where necessary including suitable bend, flange, nut bolts, repairing of suction and delivery pipes etc. with all labour, tools and materials.
